Failed Senate candidate Roy Moore files lawsuit crying voter fraud

Roy Moore lost the senate race in Alabama. A sore loser, ol’ Roy is filing a lawsuit to get his OompaLoompa, um, Senate seat.

A couple of fun facts to add perspective. This election was to replace Jeff Sessions until the 2018 election. A short term as Senator and he lost. Roy Moore could have done what normal candidates do and actually had a game plan if he wanted the seat. But clearly the media attention is more important than serving the citizens of Alabama. No, he has to be like Hillary and keep fighting.

NBC News reports that Moore filed a lawsuit claiming voter fraud. Yes, the former Chief Justice of the State of Alabama claims the system he was charged to protect was flawed? The disconnect is real. But let’s get the news from the horse’s mouth:

The Alabama State Canvassing Board is scheduled to meet Thursday afternoon to certify Jones’ victory. But the Moore campaign filed a complaint late Wednesday night in state circuit court in Montgomery, the state capital, seeking a temporary restraining order to postpone the certification, alleging “potential election fraud that improperly altered the outcome of this election.”

“This is not a Republican or Democrat issue as election integrity should matter to everyone,” Moore said in a statement released by the campaign.

Integrity does matter, Roy. You are clowning.

Again, you were the Chief Justice, Roy. It was your job to stop voter fraud. Stop channeling Hillary. Just stop it. He claims three experts told him there was fraud. I am reminded of trips to and from Vegas listening to Art Bell’s Coast to Coast right about now.

The statement identifies only one of the experts, Richard Charnin, whom it quotes as saying the probability that the official election results were accurate was “less than one in 15 billion.”

Charnin, who says he has three degrees in applied mathematics, is a prominent figure among believers that the assassination of President John F. Kennedy was the result of a conspiracy. He has also argued that the Republicans stole the 2004 presidential election and that Hillary Clinton stole the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination.

This guy is a reliable expert witness. What’s next? Lizard People and Aliens? Somehow this really does not help Ol’ Roy look like a serious candidate. And his claim of voter fraud is flat out dumb. Especially coming from Judge Moore. Who was supposedly Chief Justice.

And Roy acting like Hillary.

Roy Moore has a couple options about now. First one is keep doing you and making the media and DNC giggle. And ignore calls from none other than Donald Trump to concede. In other words, pull the lawsuit and be a man, Roy. And stop prancing around like a cowboy. The thing that gets me is that there is a November election for this seat and Roy Moore is giving that election to Doug Jones.

Stop acting the fool, Roy. And stop attacking Doug Jones in a personal way. You claim to follow Jesus. Well do it, bub. Apologies to Sassy, but stop beating a dead horse.

How awkward for everyone! There’s no doubt that the Dems cheated Moore out of the election. Dems always cheat. So what to do if Moore is declared the legitimate winner in AL? The mind boggles.

http://www.fox10tv.com/story/37094145/secretary-of-state-launches-investigation-into-voter-fraud-concerns-in-senate-special-election Failing to investigate ADMITTED FRAUD, and then CONCEDING a fraud laden election are acts of a party that could not POSSIBLY represent ME, or MILLIONS of us in Real America!! Kudos to Moore for FIGHTING, which is a foreign concept to the Scottish Nobles (Braveheart) who populate the GOP and MOCK Trump and Moore (Oh, and Engle, Palin etc,) as “Unviable” candidates. How do you CUCKERS then explain the electoral SUCCESS of the likes of Waters, Jackson-Lee and Wilson???

Mikey it would be if the man who was a Chief Justice had a system set up that was so fatally flawed that he could not win a seat. Except it was not fraud: it was a piss poor candidate acting the fool enough to enrage a large African American and youth vote to go against him. Roy did this to his crazy self.

  • Gail Boer says:

timh are you trying to call the election fraud? And what is Real America? Is it the place where people you like don’t always win? Or is it some bizarre Breitbartian Bannonesque utopia? Not interested in the latter.

The whole thing stinks of a fix. There primary was between Moore and a GOPe-er. When Moore defeated the RINO, the washington elite had an insurance policy: 40 year old accusations repeated non-stop a month before the election.

Does anyone believe that the WaPo didn’t have these “witnesses” lined up for months?

With a due respect Moore lost. He did that to himself. Yes candidates have all the dirty laundry pulled out and aired. Roy did this to himself. He ticked off 96% of the Black Community enough to galvanize a voting bloc. Who voted for Jones.
