In videos from a leaked company group call, a Disney executive bragged about acceptance of her “not at all secret gay agenda”. Christopher Rufo, who has done yeoman’s work exposing Critical Race Theory in schools and other anti-thought movements, released the footage. The video makes plain that Disney is not attempting to be in any way inclusive, the company is pushing an agenda.

Once upon a time, in the not so distant past, an insecure, self-deprecating man named Walt Disney drew a Mouse (originally Mortimer, renamed Mickey) and a Land and then World were born. Animation, stars, songs, theme parks. Theme park builders weren’t engineers, they were Imagineers. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, could have their imaginations fed by the glorious sights and sounds. But, like when your printer has run out of toner, what we see today is a pale copy of Walt Disney’s vision. The company is now headed by people who lack imagination, foresight, and perspective. They may possibly be, as the great Tammy Bruce said, “malignant narcissists”:

People with malignant narcissism have pathological narcissism, as defined by Otto Kernberg. Their behaviors are self-focused, antisocial, and paranoid, with a sadistic streak running through all of their actions. They may be highly manipulative, seeking to win no matter what the costs are. They do not care who they hurt, and they may even enjoy inflicting emotional or physical pain on others. They always protect themselves first (Goldner-Vukov, 2010).

When you add in grooming and normalizing behaviors, I don’t want these people anywhere near anyone’s child, amiright?

Just two days ago, Victory Girls’ own Darleen told you about the rusty pitched by The Walt Disney Company C Suite when Florida’s HB1557 passed. The “Don’t Say Gay Bill” is a media branding effort that says nothing of the kind, but if the Left was interested in the truth, they wouldn’t be on the Left. Darleen also told you that some employees maybe still shared Walt’s vision and weren’t down with normalizing adult behaviors for children. With the surreptitious release of the videos we may have proof that some employees are not happy.

During a staff meeting on Florida’s recent enactment of the Parental Rights in Education bill, an executive producer at Disney said she was advancing a “not-at-all-secret gay agenda” to insert queerness into children’s animation.

Latoya Raveneau, executive producer for Disney Television Animation, talked about how the studio’s treatment of her progressive ideas defied her negative expectations of the company, in a video obtained by journalist Christopher Rufo. Instead of vetoing her pitches for LGBTQ-friendly Easter eggs or overt references in her series, Disney gladly accepted and included them, she claimed.

“In my little pocket of Proud Family Disney TVA, the showrunners were super welcoming . . . to my not-at-all-secret gay agenda,” she said. “Maybe it was that way in the past, but I guess something must have happened . . . and then like all that momentum that I felt, that sense of ‘I don’t have to be afraid to have these two characters kiss in the background.’ I was just, wherever I could, adding queerness. . . . No one would stop me, and no one was trying to stop me.”

Like grooming? Like normalizing? Like both? Like sick, for sure.

Karey Burke, President of Disney General Entertainment, also spoke up. From Meaww.com:

During the company-wide Zoom call on Monday, March 28, Burke revealed that the “Don’t Say Gay” bill issue is really close to her heart because she is a mother of two “Queer” children and it was her responsibility to stand up for the people from LGBTQ+ community. She said, “I’m here as the mother of two queer children, actually, one transgender child and one pansexual child, and also as a leader. I have heard so much from so many of my colleagues over the past few weeks in open forums, through emails, and through phone conversations. I feel a responsibility to speak not just for myself but also for [my kids].”

Maybe she might have wanted to monitor her five children while she was zooming up the corporate ladder. Pro-tip: Raising children is like playing Chess and bumper pool at the same time. Try to stay at least two moves ahead, it’s noisy and, you need help staying out of the gutters.

I am not big into boycotts, but I am begging you starve The Walt Disney Company of its cash. Do it for the children. Walt would approve.
