Another Kavanaugh Accuser Lied, Allegations Were A “Ploy” To Derail Nomination [VIDEO]

Remember how Democrats, the media, and supposed conservative pundits (yes, I’m looking at you Jennifer Rubin and Max Boot), claimed that Justice Bret Kavanaugh’s demeanor and tone during his statement on September 27, 2018 about Christine Blasey Ford’s spurious accusations made him unfit for office because temperament?? I do. Well, guess what folks. ANOTHER Kavanaugh accuser LIED through her teeth about what happened.

I’d say that Judy Munro-Leighton is in deep kimchi right about now. So exactly WHICH accuser was she? Oh yeah, she’s the one that wrote the horrifically scurrilous letter accusing Justice Kavanaugh and another boy of attacking and raping her in Kavanaugh’s car. She’s the one who classified herself as ‘Jane Doe of Oceanside California’ and sent the letter to Senator Kamala Harris. Harris of course TOTALLY believed her and jumped all over the new accusation like a fat kid on cake.

Except, she LIED. This from Katie Pavlich at Townhall:

Given her relatively unique name, Committee investigators were able to use open-source research to locate Ms. Munro-Leighton and determine that she: (1) is a left-wing activist; (2) is decades older than Judge Kavanaugh; and (3) lives in neither the Washington DC area nor California, but in Kentucky.

On November 1, 2018, Committee investigators connected with Ms. Munro-Leighton  by  phone  and  spoke  with  her  about  the  sexual-assault  allegations  against  Judge Kavanaugh she had made to the Committee.  Under questioning by Committee investigators, Ms. Munro-Leighton admitted, contrary to her prior claims, that she had not been sexually assaulted by Judge Kavanaugh and was not the author of the original “Jane Doe” letter.  When directly asked by  Committee  investigators  if  she  was,  as  she  had  claimed,  the  “Jane  Doe”  from  Oceanside  California who had sent the letter to Senator Harris, she admitted: “No, no, no.  I did that as a way to grab attention.

She further confessed to Committee investigators that (1) she “just wanted to get attention”; (2) “it was a tactic”; and (3) “that was just a ploy.”  She told Committee investigators that she had called Congress multiple times during the Kavanaugh hearing process – including prior to the time Dr.  Ford’s  allegations  surfaced  –  to  oppose  his  nomination.

Regarding  the  false  sexual-assault allegation she made via her email to the Committee, she said: “I was angry, and I sent it out.” When asked by Committee investigators whether she  had  ever  met  Judge  Kavanaugh,  she  said:  “Oh Lord, no.”

Munro-Leighton flat out LIED because she wanted Kavanaugh dropped from consideration. She LIED about being attacked and raped because it was a ‘tactic,’ and a ‘ploy’ to get attention. WHY? Because she was angry that Kavanaugh was nominated.

Is it any wonder that Bret Kavanaugh reacted the way he did that day? With this new evidence, watch his testimony again.

You know what I see, I see a man unjustly accused. I see a man standing TALL for himself the best way he knows how. All that stupid temperament talk was just that. A bunch of horseshit that the Democrats peddled even though they knew full well that the accusations were baseless and the accusers were freaking LIARS.

From the Senate Judiciary letter:

  • The letter was received in Kamala Harris’ California office on September 25, 2018
  • Kavanaugh was questioned in detail on September 26, 2018 and vehemently denied the accusations
  • He testified on September 27, 2018
  • On October 3rd, Judy Munro-Leighton sent an email to the Senate Judiciary Committee announcing she was Jane Doe
  • On October 6, 2018 when Justice Kavanaugh was confirmed, Leighton was still playing games with the Judiciary Committee investigators
  • Finally, as we see above; on November 1 she, a left-wing activist who is decades older than Kavanaugh, admitted that everything she did was a “ploy” to derail Kavanaugh’s nomination

Yes folks, she lied. And there are consequences. The Senate Judiciary Committee has referred her to the FBI for criminal prosecution.

Nope, and Nope. My sadness and empathy are for Justice Kavanaugh and his family, period. Munro-Leighton leveled some heinous accusations at Bret Kavanaugh. Which we now know for certain are unequivocally false.

The FBI is now involved. Judy Munro-Leighton is reaping what she sowed and has only herself to blame.

Here is a novel idea….TRY THEM FOR TREASON!!!

    • GWB says:

Novel because it doesn’t even remotely fit the crime.
Nice passion, but you might want to temper it with some actual thought.

      • Ryan Murphy says:

He sentence should match the crime she falsely accused him of. Let’s see. Mandatory fifteen years and registered as a sex offender sound right,

        • GWB says:

I won’t disagree with this. (Though, I doubt the accusations involved would have been prosecuted – statute of limitations and lack of actual evidence. I’m all for the sex offender registry bit, regardless.)

  • Willie William says:

Judy Munro-Leighton…Lock her up along with Kamala Harris who knew all along the accusations were made up.

  • Robin H says:

I’m so glad they’re following up on these accusations. All the other ones that have ruined people’s careers have just faded away to live the rest of their lives as normal. They need to throw the book at her and MAYBE this dem tactic will stop working.

    • Melissa says:

      Exactly Robin!
Unless and until these liars are prosecuted, the left wing will continue to lie and smear every Conservative. We must fight back HARD against these socialists and remind people of the damage these “womens rights activists” are doing to true rape and assault victims! Show them up for what they are-power hungry totalitarians who don’t give a rat’s behind about women who are truly assaulted.

  • Brian Brandt says:

“Ms. Munro-Leighton admitted, contrary to her prior claims, that she had not been sexually assaulted by Judge Kavanaugh and was not the author of the original “Jane Doe” letter.”

O.K., then who is her conspirator who actually wrote the letter? (Or did I diagram that sentence incorrectly?)

  • rbj says:

Multiple accusations on the same thing, each more fantastical (in that they go further into the realm of fantasy) than the last. Each falls apart quickly. It’s almost as if there’s coordination, if not collusion, or a conspiracy that got more desperate as time went on. If the women can name names, they only get six months in jail on misdemeanors, rather than felonies.

And if they can’t, or won’t, felony jail time. Including loss of voting rights and Second Amendment rights (the latter of which they might not mind.)

  • […] side: There is now substantial legal risk associated with lying to destroy a nominee.Down side: DOJ doesn't actually have to do anything with it. They can ignore the referral, like […]

  • Gordon says:

About 25 years ago, I was falsely accused of sexual assault by my then teenage daughter, who went on to be diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder.

The Diagnostic and Statstical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM V) describes a lot of shit about the human condition and underlines the fact that as a functioning society, we need to give the mentally ill our support and compassion. But those who try to use another person’s sickness for political gain are truly dangerous.

I was continually amazed at my teenage daughter’s ability to attract people so desperate to be her ‘champion’, only for them to be made fools of by her (characteristic of BPD). The likes of Harris, Feinstein and every other Democratic operative need to be permanently barred from public life.

  • Deserttrek says:

    nothing will happen to her
nothing will happen to anybody involved
    the world goes on

People should learn to tell the truth or suffer stiff conseqensions. No place for liars on these issues.
