Amanda Marcotte of Salon, good comrade of the left, is calling all blue-haired cat ladies in her latest rallying cry against MAGA.

Mandy, mistress of projection herself, starts her latest Salon masterpiece off with a few run-ons about everything that’s wrong with Trump, rivaling one of former VP, Kamala’s word salads. He hates science. He is threatening people’s Social Security checks. He is going to lead us into an economic crash. You know, the usual.

But what really got to Amanda Marcotte this time around when she woke up and looked in the mirror? That Fox News article about liberal women between ages of 18-40 nearly three times as lonely as their conservative peers is still haunting her.

The timing of this not-new and not-reliable “information” is sure helpful to MAGA leaders, who need to distract Trump voters from the disaster that is Trump’s first month in office. The best way to quell any nagging doubts in the rank and file is to remind them of why they went MAGA in the first place: to stick it to the liberals. Telling each other a fairy tale where liberal women will pay for their sins of self-respect and independence is a good way to soothe themselves. Actually, the collective population as a whole (to include women) raised their two middle fingers on Election Day, if I recall. And, no thanks. Most of us sensible people do not kiss the collective rear ends of individuals, not matter what side they are on. But, please go on, Amanda:

OOOOO. Big-city book readers! Lemme guess, Comrade Amanda-YOU are one of those big-city book readers, right? YOU are part of the party of intellectuals. Can’t have the “prodigal liberal daughter” like Kaitlan Collins from Prattville, Alabama, give up her big dreams of being a CNN-TV “journalist” while being a college sorority (it’s all about “philanthropy”-SNORT) girl and going to fraternity “date parties” to find a husband. Can’t marry the lunkhead with the pickup truck and (like, ewww) a trade career! And, why be a “tradwife” like Brittany Mahomes when you could be (all praise to the altar) a 35-year-old woman who tops the Billboard charts with catchy melodies about a woman scorned by a womanizing, cheating man?! Hint: this man is probably a faithless, Democrat a$$hole who doesn’t believe in monogamy or fidelity.

Trans people have been especially singled out for blame, but the larger gripe about progressive acceptance of difference is not hard to miss.

Liberals celebrate individuality and non-conformity, and, the hand-wringers insist, this is what hurts them. Drag queens, cat ladies, immigrants, and Super Bowl halftime featuring hip-hop artists: The carousel of MAGA hate offers up targets of various degrees of seriousness, but what they have in common is that they don’t fit the hyper-white, conservative Christian, straight, sexist and bland image of what Americans are “supposed” to be.”-Amanda Marcotte

Of course, here we go with the trans population. The one population that has to make everything (to include immigration and sanctuary cities) about they/them:

They/Them might-could get deported to the middle of KKK Indiana somewheres. This “individuality” (that more and more young adults are embracing because it’s “cool”) and “nonconformity” (they want to be different just like everyone else) was not an issue until men crept into women’s locker rooms and bathrooms. It was not an issue until men started pummeling (literally) girls at volleyball games and track meets and biological women started supporting this concept. Drag queens were not an issue until DOE, teachers’ unions and school districts-all funded by taxpayers-hosted them for Story Hour in favor of teachers WORKING and giving actual reading lessons.

In the words of this “big-city book reader”, Amanda Marcotte thinks all of us women who turned their backs on the lunacy of the left are dumb, “bland” girls all married to dull-witted high school bullies who want us all barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen fetching their Busch Lights and making sandwiches. But we’re the judgmental ones. And, this is what the collective left needs to resist because the “lunkheads” are coming after the purple-haired, donut-eating, cat ladies. But it’s not all doom-and-gloom. Mandy has some optimism and suggestions for this “woke” army:

Denying Republican voters what they want — liberals giving in and conforming to the soulless MAGA milieu — isn’t just satisfying, but strategically wise. This is simple behavioral psychology. You don’t give toddlers cookies because they tantrum, or they will tantrum more.

On the contrary, there’s no time like the present to get even weirder in MAGA eyes. Wear what you want. Sleep with whatever consenting adult you want. Dye your hair whatever color you want. Read “queer” books and support the local drag shows. Post on social media about how much fun you have being childless and single. Eat vegan fusion while sipping craft cocktails. Ride a bike instead of driving. Once I land on a design, I’m getting another tattoo.”-Amanda Marcotte, Salon

Soulless? Let’s talk about hearing a heartbeat on an ultrasound and not associating that with another human being.

Amanda Marcotte is so up in her liberal bubble that she does not see the diversity of the “other side” of women who voted for Trump. We are not all bimbos who eat iceberg lettuce and let our husbands do the voting. I, for one, did not marry a dull-witted high school, dumb-jock bully but a highly intelligent, borderline nerdy Marine aviator. I stood home with our”time-sucking-monster” baby boy through deployments and the formative years by choice. We both have Master’s degrees. I eat vegan fusion as part of my nutrition plan and sip on craft cocktails on occasion. I dye my hair jet black, wing out my eyeliner and recently got a tattoo in Hebrew. I also love my cat. But as Amanda wrote this screed on “resistance” and pointed us to heaven with both middle fingers, did she once reflect on who were the toddlers asking us to conform all of these years?

A bully will also play victim. American women have been bullied for too long. The tide turning is just putting the big news, big government, big entertainment, big liberal bullies like Amanda Marcotte in their place.
