Quote of the Day: Remember the Time Donald Trump Talked About His 1-Year-Old’s Boobs?

Women don’t like Donald Trump. It’s his biggest problem. Poll after poll shows that, in addition to being the most hated politician ever, his unfavorability ratings with women are so high that it would be nearly impossible to elect him. And it’s not exactly a mystery as to why. Trump has a horrifying history of misogyny. He has said so many disgusting things about women that someone took his despicable quotes, made them into an ad. Then there was the now-infamous Heidi Cruz retweet. But, like the quotes in the ad, his hate-filled and perverted outlook on women dates far back, much longer than he’s been running for president. And it was as disturbing then as it is now. The Daily Show‘s Trevor Noah recently unearthed a horrific video where Trump talked about his one-year-old daughter’s hot legs and sexy rack.

In an old episode of Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, Donald Trump was featured with then-wife Marla Maples. (You’ll remember that Maples is the model he had an affair with, breaking up his marriage to Ivana Trump, and he eventually cheated on Maples before marrying Melania Trump.) Their daughter, Tiffany, was one year old. The host, Robin Leach, asked a simple question. “Donald, what does Tiffany have of yours and what does she have of Marla’s?” Most people would answer with something maybe about the baby’s eyes or lips. They might bring up the toddler’s blossoming personality. But oh no — not Trump. Donald Trump goes straight for the sex appeal.

“I think she’s got a lot of Marla, she’s a beautiful baby. She’s got beautiful legs. We don’t know if she’s got this part yet.” (cupping hands underneath breasts) “But time will tell.”

Well, you know, as Trump said, it’s really, really hard for a flat-chested woman to be a 10. So really, he was just looking out for his toddler daughter’s future by thinking about what her rack would be like. That’s in the mind of Donald Trump, anyway. Or at least, we can hope that’s what he was thinking when he turned a perfectly normal question into something disturbingly sexual.

Meanwhile, Trevor Noah spoke for the rest of us, saying that he’s watched the clip over 20 times and still needs to take a breather each time he sees it. And here’s why: because when asked about his toddler daughter, Trump could have answered anything… and chose to talk about her “beautiful legs” and her boobs. What father does that? What kind of father, when asked about his one-year-old daughter, is already reducing her to nothing but a sex object?

The most horrifying part is that people, millions of people, will excuse this and handwave it away, because they are so brainwashed by this con artist. But there is something wrong with a man who talks about his daughter, his one-year-old daughter, in such a sickening, perverted way. It’s already fairly obvious that Trump treats virtually all women like sex objects, there to be used or thrown away based on his own perception of how attractive a woman is or isn’t. But you would think that at least his daughters would be exempt from that treatment. This is how innate his sexism is. Even his daughters are victims. Even his daughters get turned into sex objects for him to objectify. It’s completely horrifying, and any decent parent would be disturbed beyond belief that someone said such a thing about their child.

But then, lest we forget, this is the same guy that said his daughter was so hot, he’d like to date her… and he’s said it more than once.

Is this really the kind of person you want to be president?

By itself, it would be a little weird.
With his other statements about his daughter, you wonder a bit.
When combined with all the other stuff, you have to wonder what the heck women see in him besides his money?

How is this THING our front-runner. I need a 1200 degree shower.

    • OC says:

Jodi, I’m perplexed by Ann Coulters unwavering support of this cretin. Surely she must know that Trump would get crushed by Clinton if he gets the nomination.
First Christie, now Trump. I really question Ann’s taste in men.

  • Kevin says:

As a man I find his direct crudeness refreshing. Like I remember years ago talking with the guys in the shop. A man doesn’t care if women like him or not in the way you describe. He is too busy inventing, creating and building. You know, like all of that technology stuff that was 99% created by men. Oh, and we saved you from Hitler. Your welcome. And just get back in the kitchen. I’m hungry after a long day’s work.

    • Cassy Fiano says:

A real man would NEVER talk about his child like that. It’s one thing to be crude around other men; Trump is crude around EVERYONE and turns his own daughters into sex objects. That’s not a real man. That’s disgusting. It’s wrong. A real man would want to protect his daughters from men like this.

And oh, by the way? I cook dinner in the kitchen all the time… for my husband, a Marine Corps veteran with four combat deployments under his belt and now a certified law enforcement officer, a real man who is 10 times the man Trump — and apparently you — will ever be. Don’t lecture me about real men. I married one… and Trump is not a real man.

    • Kate says:

      Hey Kevin
      You’re a real charmer.

    • Nina says:

Kevin, I can’t decide if you are being sarcastic or honest.

If its honest… well…. Here’s the deal. My husband definitely has his moments of crudeness. However, never ever in a million years would he, a 20 yr retired Army veteran, even CONSIDER doing or saying what Donald Trump did about his daughter. If he did, he’d not only get a Gibbs slap upside the head from me – his MOTHER would knock him across the room! My husband honors and respects women too much to go down into that particular gutter.

If its sarcasm you were aiming for… lemme tell ya – it needs a little work.
