No doubt the legal eagle feels he is indeed qualified because as we all know he has been an absolute genius in every field he’s been in-head of state, commander in chief, top diplomat, etc. He might as well put on the robes too so that his great legacy of rendering the world’s last superpower to a virtual 3rd World laughingstock can never be undone.
