The Senate hearings for Pam Bondi, Donald Trump’s pick for Attorney General, continued yesterday, and let me tell you—Bondi owned the room. Fearless and sharp as a tack, she didn’t just answer their questions; she dismantled them.
Pam Bondi doesn’t back down. Not only did she handle the Democrats’ nonsense with ease, but she turned the tables, firing back with facts and standing firm. This woman is a force, and her confirmation is a foregone conclusion. Republicans will rally behind her without hesitation; honestly, Matt Gaetz stepping aside feels like divine intervention.
Attorney general nominee Pam Bondi faced heated questions from Democratic senators Wednesday in her confirmation hearing as they scrutinized her loyalty to President-elect Donald Trump and demanded she address his 2020 election loss.
Bondi, a staunch Trump ally, sought to strike a balance between insisting she would operate independently of the incoming president while carefully avoiding comments that could irk him. Trump soured on his last two attorneys general in his first term after they bucked his demands. – The Washington Examiner
There were plenty of standout Pam Bondi moments during the hearings, but one, in particular, was pure gold. Watching her put freshman Senator Adam Schiff on his heels was particularly satisfying. You have to wonder—what’s pencil neck so afraid of?

Of course, the Democrats did what they do best: waste everyone’s time with irrelevant, agenda-driven theatrics. Some of them seem permanently stuck in 2020, relitigating an election we’ve all moved on from—well, except for them.
Another favorite moment for me was when she dressed down Senator Alex Padilla when he wagged his finger at Pam and tried to tell her what her job would be if she were to be confirmed.

Pam Bondi is a perfect example of a confident, capable woman who doesn’t need to shout about her gender to prove her worth. This is how it’s done.
And then we have Senator Mazie Horino. How Mazie obtained a law degree is beyond me. Hirono actually asked Bondi, “Who won the 2020 Presidential election?” Yes, that was a real question. Why? Because Hirono can’t help herself. Ridiculous questions from a ridiculous senator.
Pam Bondi responded, “Joe Biden is the President of the United States.” That was all she needed to say. I don’t understand the Democrats’ obsession with the 2020 election result.
The Senators had plenty of questions about Kash Patel—but doesn’t he have his own hearing coming up? If confirmed, Kash will report to Pam Bondi in his role, but let’s be real: if they have concerns about Patel, they should ask him directly instead of wasting time here.
We have more hearings, and some of them are not yet scheduled. Kash Patel is one of them.
Only four more days until we’re finally rid of this buffoon in office. The real question is: how much more damage can the old man do in those final hours? Unfortunately, probably a lot. Brace yourself for a flood of last-minute pardons in the 80-something hours he has left.
