Trump Serves Up Fries And Smiles At PA McDonald’s

If there is one thing that Donald Trump is good at, it is trolling. And has there ever been a better, happier trolling moment than having him work the drive-thru window at a McDonald’s in Pennsylvania?

Ever since Kamala Harris made the claim that she once worked at a McDonald’s, the actually curious media (otherwise known as the more right-leaning news sites) have looked for the evidence of her “working class” moment. Despite her claims of having “did the fries” during her interview with Stephanie Ruhle, no one knows exactly where this happened – and apparently no one is willing, or allowed, to talk about it.

Employees at the franchise in Alameda, California told The Telegraph they had been instructed by bosses not to talk about the vice-president, after claims that she invented her summer job to appear more authentic to voters.

Ms Harris said she first “did fries” at the restaurant and then worked as a cashier to help pay for her law degree at the University of California.

It is not known which branch in Alameda Ms Harris worked at, but at one location, on Shore Line Drive, The Telegraph understands the owner asked staff not to speak about Ms Harris after the branch began to receive calls from journalists looking to verify Ms Harris’s claim.

If Team Harris wanted to tout Kamala’s time at McDonald’s, wouldn’t it have been an easy call to have her make an appearance at the branch she once worked at? Something seems fishy about this whole story. And that’s why Donald Trump could so easily exploit the story and troll Kamala. So, Donald Trump donned an apron, and with the cameras rolling, he got a lesson in making fries.

Then, he began handing out food through the drive-thru window.

And did he troll Kamala Harris by name? Absolutely!

“I’ve now worked for 15 minutes more than Kamala.”

In what his campaign dubbed the “October surp-fries,” McDonald Trump worked the counter and bantered with customers who drove up. His campaign also released footage of him jubilantly preparing the Happy Meals.

“We got the salt on it. Never touches the human hand. Nice and full,” Trump said while filling a container of fries — a nod to his germophobic tendencies.

Well over a thousand MAGA-Donald’s faithful lined Street Road in Lower Southampton Township in an effort to meet Trump and say “hail to the chef” at the McDonald’s in critical Bucks County, outside Philadelphia.

“I’ll just take whatever he gives me,” one man told The Post.

“Love him or hate him, I just feel it’s really cool to see this moment in history,” Caitlin Hanlon, 33, a hairdresser from Feasterville who was wearing a pink MAGA hat, told The Post. “It’s a really cool moment, but I obviously support him.”

“Wow, thank you Mr. President,” an excited man told Trump from his SUV after being handed two bags. “You made it possible for ordinary people like us to meet you.”

Trump later quipped “I like this job” and explained that he would be eager to come back and do it again. He also handed out fries to members of the press stationed outside the drive-through window.

The memes are going to be amazing, and it is really moments like these that make Donald Trump look so much more relaxed, human, approachable, and just downright funny.

Why hasn’t Kamala Harris tried anything like this yet? Instead, she’s busy trying to fix her image after blowing off the Al Smith dinner, and telling people they’re at the wrong rally if they have religious comments.

In this very-online campaign season, Trump wins the day, with a serving of fries, hands down. And the more the media freaks out about him being at McDonald’s, the more obvious their panic over Kamala’s standing in the polls becomes.

This is hilarious! Cackles set herself up for this. I have no sympathy for her. Take no prisoners, Mr. President!

So is there a record of your first job, and by first job I mean anything you did in high school or college, somewhere that we can see? Would it be on your resume now? You do realize that most people who have long professional careers don’t put their very first jobs on their resumes, right?

Also, I have hired people as a manager. Yes, there are places where the policy is to not talk about former employees AT ALL. I remember when I was looking to hire one of my staff and she had listed on her resume a job working at a grocery store. I called them and was not able to receive anything to confirm her former employment beyond a “yes” when asked if she’d worked there. No recommendation, nothing. She was a recent graduate so this has been a recent job. Now imagine if she was 60 years old and it was before the Internet. Do you honestly think they keep records of every high school or college student who worked for them over 40 years?! And more importantly, would you be so doggedly invested in this for a Republican candidate?

Why does it matter… unless you basically have nothing to create news and drama and you’re trying to distract from your candidate who is an adjudicated rapist, was found liable of fraud, indicted on over 70 counts, is a felon and who has had several disastrous public appearances lately that seem to call into question whether he’s suffering from dementia? Hmmm….

As a side note, this particular incident was a stunt. The store was closed, the drive-through car line was rehearsed by Trump’s campaign staff, he wore no gloves or hairnet which are health code and corporate policy violations, and that particular McDonald’s was cited for other, obviously non-Trump related health code violations this past March. So yeah, it’s not the trolling victory you think it is, well unless the trolling is potentially making his staffers sick.
