Senate Majority Leader, Chuck Schumer, has plans for today. What might those plans be? Well, apparently, he’s cleared his calendar to give a “major” address on the rise of anti-Semitism in our nation.

Don’t you know? Schumer knows his “significance” of being the highest-ranking Jewish official ever elected to public office in the United States.” No word on what he will say and when he will say it. Chuck Schumer has now just had this revelation that he needs to say something. From a statement he made yesterday:

Antisemitism is a crisis in the country. As the highest-ranking Jewish elected official, I feel compelled to speak out about it. I’ll be giving a major address on it tomorrow.”-Chuck Schumer

On the rise? You think, Chuck?

Schumer is not wrong. According to this from the Anti-Defamation League, Antisemitic incidents in the United States rose by about 400% in slightly over two weeks since war broke out in the Middle East after Palestinian Islamist group Hamas attacked Israel on Oct. 7.

Will Schumer be addressing “The Squad”? You know, the usual suspects-Ilan Omar, Rashida “from the rivers to the sea” Tlaib and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez? And who the hell is Chuck talking to and “majorly” addressing, anyway? Is he going to lecture Republicans who are very much on the side of Israel and annihilating Hamas?

But, what of this?

The House has passed a bill providing aid to Israel as a stand-alone measure.

Every Senate Republican has voted to advance that bill.

The *only* people preventing that bill from becoming law—today—are Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer.

We see. Only if there is more pork in the bill for Ukraine. But still, why is Chuck Schumer giving a “major” address? And, why now and not weeks ago?

Perhaps it has something to do with his comments about the GOP advocating for Ukraine support in exchange for a “hard right border policy”? I mean, that would be tumbling down the MAGA road or something:

Can’t be tumbling that way. Suffice to say, Schumer’s comment did not sit well. After all, we have seen what Schumer’s far-left Democrats have done to the border over these past few years. We have seen the rhetoric Schumer’s far-left Democrats have put out there. Schumer has been at this game for a long time. Sadly, longer than we, the American people, want to pay him for.

Perhaps Chuck’s address could be turned into a midday drinking game. One shot of vodka-or tequila-pick your poison, every time he mentions Ukraine during his “major” discussion on what anti-semitism must be curbed in The United States.

In truth, anti-Semitism has brewed in the belly of the beast long before Hamas attacked Israel on October 7th. Chuck Schumer “opposed” giving billions to Iran. Let us remember that Chuck Schumer was there and was briefed on what Iran would do with this money. That was under Obama. The financing of terrorists continued under Joe Biden. Chuck Schumer was there for this, too, last time we checked.

My biggest concern is that you have to announce that you will be speaking out against Anti Semitism as if you want us to clap for you.

Why the uproar and the raging anti-Semitism at universities like Columbia? Why are teachers in high schools having to take cover and get away from radicalized students, only to discover they are not protected by their administration because they, too, are radicalized?

The irony here is that Mr. Schumer has sat back and watched while some of the members of his own party pushed anti-Semetic and anti-Christian rhetoric. He sat back and watched as racial tensions have grown in this country and pretty much did absolutely nothing. Now, he wants to do something about it. This makes us wonder what his motives are here. It is curious, to say the least. Hopefully, he will be tailoring his lecture to the haters in his own party but we are not holding our breath for that to happen. We’ll listen to what the windbag Majority Leader has to say but the bar is not at all high for this one. Speaking of windbags, let’s see if he brings Bernie Sanders to the party.
