On Monday, a federal judge granted a preliminary injunction in favor of a group of Navy SEALS who sued the Biden administration over his vaccine mandates. They refused arguing they had a valid religious exemption and a federal judge agreed.
Keeping track of the federal vaccine mandates successes and failures in various courts for various employee groups can bring on a wicked case of whiplash. Monday’s preliminary injunction brings a bright bulb of hope for the military.
“U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor found that the pandemic ‘provides the government with no license to abrogate’ the freedoms that any American has, and that the service members had a right to avoid getting a vaccine on religious grounds…’This Court does not make light of COVID-19′s impact on the military. Collectively, our armed forces have lost over 80 lives to COVID-19 over the course of the pandemic,’ O’Connor wrote…”
Noteworthy, the Navy has granted exemptions for other reasons other than religious exemptions. Check out this little news piece at the 30 second mark.
Seems weird huh? Seems denying religious exemptions to our military is the policy of the Biden administration.
Until today.

A Fox News talking head, at the 2:30 mark, tells us that thousands of Marines, a subset of the Navy, have asked for an exemption.
What is interesting about Monday’s new penned preliminary injunction is that a preliminary injunction prevents the Navy from denying these soldiers their exemption, anticipating they will win a final decision on the case.
This opens the door for thousands of military members similar relief.
In a completely strange twist of irony, while those three dozen members of the Navy SEALS are grateful they wouldn’t have take the jab, Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, tested positive for COVID the day before. The same Secretary of Defense who said Joe gave the direction to vax everyone, so he’ll “get after it.”
Defense Secretary Austin is vaxxed. And boosted. A lot.
“Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin announced on Sunday evening he tested positive for the coronavirus earlier that day, despite receiving two vaccine doses and a booster shot.”
Let’s not forget, the Secretary also fired members of the military for not getting the vax.

The argument can be made, when you sign up for the military, you are the property of the United States. You get your vaccines, not just COVID vaccines, when they tell you to.
It can also be argued that vaccines given to military members prior to COVID had been fully vetted by our government for safety. Take a look back at that earlier tweet, the U.S. policy for religious exemptions for military members goes back a few decades. This is nothing new.
However, the Pentagon has argued,
“…that being fully vaccinated is a readiness issue. So far, there have been 82 military deaths, out of 261,504 cases of coronavirus in the military, according to Department of Defense statistics.”
The win for the groups of Navy SEALS out of Texas is a win for freedom. The federal judge’s words can be applied to those in other fields of work in and out of the military and hopefully will.
“’The Navy servicemembers in this case seek to vindicate the very freedoms they have sacrificed so much to protect,’ [Judge] O’Connor wrote in his order. ‘The COVID-19 pandemic provides the government no license to abrogate those freedoms. There is no COVID-19 exception to the First Amendment. There is no military exclusion from our Constitution.’”
Agreed.
As many as 50K military personnel are on the verge of dismissal for disagreeing with President Biden’s vaccine mandate or seeking a religious exemption.@repdarrellissa calls these pending discharges “unnecessary” & “unjustified” https://t.co/Q2QaGAoyv1

Hey Joe, if COVID is not a federal issue, why were you ready to dismiss fifty thousand military members?
This is a major win!

We are grateful you didn’t. We are grateful freedom prevailed. Especially for those who have sacrificed so much defending freedom.

Hey Shelby!
So good to see your writing again! I like a hot woman with a firearm! Keep up the awesome work!
I’m not a court reporter, however the military was forced by the court to end the anthrax ‘vaccine’ during the Bush regime because it was not FDA approved. What, if anything, has changed other than nine years of the JoeBama’s disastrous purge of Christian patriots from our Armed Forces?
