Tonight President Donald Trump will address a Joint Session of Congress. It will not be a State of the Union Address. Donald Trump has been President of the United States for five weeks and that’s hardly enough time to get the lay of the land, let alone know its state. Speaker of the House Paul Ryan has invited Trump to make this address to Congress. The Democrats have invited trolls.

After the last eight years of the media swooning like 13 year old girls over every word that Barack Obama read from the teleprompter, this address will be entertaining and widely panned by the media. All of them. Legacy,cable and, yes, even Fox News. None of us are surprised by the hatred of the media for anything to the right of the late murderer Senator Ted Kennedy.

What the media will be covering, other than any major Trump speech gaffes, will be the Democrat trolls. HeatStreet.com is reporting that Democrats are using their gallery tickets for the Trump speech to litter (my word) the audience with people with which to troll Mr. Trump.

To start, exactly what does it mean to “troll” someone? Bring a little old man who lives under a bridge? Naw. Let us consult the compendium of street knowledge, The Urban Dictionary.

The art of deliberately, cleverly, and secretly pissing people off, usually via the internet, using dialogue. Trolling does not mean just making rude remarks: Shouting swear words at someone doesn’t count as trolling; it’s just flaming, and isn’t funny. Spam isn’t trolling either; it pisses people off, but it’s lame.

The most essential part of trolling is convincing your victim that either a) truly believe in what you are saying, no matter how outrageous, or b) give your victim malicious instructions, under the guise of help.
Trolling requires deceiving; any trolling that doesn’t involve deceiving someone isn’t trolling at all; it’s just stupid. As such, your victim must not know that you are trolling; if he does, you are an unsuccessful troll.

Democrat members will give their gallery tickets to persons who lives have been utterly destroyed or in someway inconvenienced by something Donald Trump may have said, done, implied or thought. You can bet your Mama’s life that not only has every media outlet been notified, but said media outlets have been given full biographies and headshots of these Trumped up victims. At the correct times during President Trump’s speech, the camera will focus on a close up of this poor, pitiable wreck of humanity. This barely breathing lump destroyed by Donald Trump personally. The media’s talking hairdos will use their best golf voice to inform us about the horrid life story of this human detritus.

Congressman Jared Polis (D-CO) is bringing an Obama “Dreamer” troll to the speech tonight. Mr. Polis appeared on Tucker Carlson Tonight. Apparently, Rep. Polis has never watched a fly fisherman work before:

Rep. Nydia Velázquez from New York is inviting an Iraqi man who served American troops as a translator, and who was detained for several hours when the travel ban went into effect. Rep. Jim Langevin will invite a Muslim-American born in Pakistan whom he says represents the idea that “patriotism” is not the sole purview of Trump voters.

Oh, the toll Trump has taken on lives. “Detained for several hours” and “‘patriotism’ is not the sole purview of Trump voters”. Can the Republic survive this Trumpian speech tonight?
