Well, the big interview that everyone has been anticipating is happening tonight. Actually, I heard it’s being recorded later today and will air tonight on CNN. The question is whether Dana Bash will ask the tough questions of Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.
But first, let’s get to why Kamala Harris has asked Tampon Tim to join her in this conversation with Dana Bash. I call it a conversation because I honestly don’t know that Ms. Bash will be doing any hard-hitting questioning. It’s CNN and all.
FLASHBACK:

Everyone on the internet, including conservative media, is talking about how Kamala asked Tim to join her for this first sit-down interview because she needed a support person there. Tim is only there to help Kamala out of a tight spot or if she meanders off into one of her famous word salads.
Let me tell you, CNN won’t ask any hard-hitting questions. More likely, Kamala already has the questions and prepared answers.
Now, about having ole Timmy there beside her. There is no way in hell that Kamala is going to allow an old white man to step in to “save” her, correct her, or guide her back on track. Nope. It’s just not going to happen.
In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if this interview isn’t set up to make Kamala look like she’s in command and may have to correct Tim on a few things. He is simply there to make his personality seem more legitimate and official. After all, if they win, Tim Walz would be one step away from second in line to the presidency.
Tim Walz is an odd little man whose frilly public behavior needs to be tamped down. The more he can be seen beside Kamala Harris, the more serious he may appear.
While we see him flailing his arms and prancing around on stage, his policies and what he would do for America are dangerous.
But what about Dana Bash?
I will give you a 10-minute clip of Dana interviewing Kamala. This conversation happened shortly after the Roe reversal.
So that is just a little preview of what we’ll see tonight. This whole “interview” was nothing but Dana Bash volleying up easy-to-answer Democratic cues for Kamala. Not once did Ms Bash push back on anything Kamala said, like abortion being a constitutional right.
Nope, Dana kept on leading Kamala right down the easy road to push that radical liberal agenda. We can expect a lot more of that tonight.
But Dana did allow Kamala to ramble on, so that might be something we can take stock of. Allowing Kamala to ramble while Tim, with a frowny face, sits there like a stump on a log, which will make for some fantastic memes the next day.
I wonder if Dana Bash will start with a follow-up question from the previous interview with the Vice President, in which she claimed she was the last person in the room to discuss the decision to withdraw from Afghanistan.
Since being elected vice president, Harris sat down with Bash in April 2021, when she claimed she was the last person in the room on the decision to withdraw from Afghanistan in August of that year. The interview later resurfaced after the chaotic withdrawal. The interview Thursday will air one day prior to the anniversary of the completion of the Afghanistan withdrawal. – Washington Examiner
That is undoubtedly an excellent place to start the interview.
Hugh Hewitt, who has previously worked with Bash, has some pointers and questions.
Bash’s job is to explore in fair fashion whether Harris is ready to be president. Bash is a fine broadcast journalist, the equal of any I have worked with and I have worked with almost all of the major networks’ major names. Bash and I helped moderate four GOP presidential primary debates in 2015-2016, and I recommended her to the Republican National Committee this past spring as a trustworthy professional for the debates it was then awarding.
But CNN is, as a whole, very left wing and very much part of legacy media which has been complicit in helping Harris hide thus far. This one interview will define Bash’s career much like Candy Crowley’s career was defined by her intervention into, and helping hand wrongfully extended to, then President Obama in his second debate with Mitt Romney. Bash does not want to enter the Hall of Shame for Journalists. She doesn’t have to be a bulldog or an ambush artist. She just needs to ask the simple and very direct questions the electorate needs answered. – Hugh Hewitt, Fox News
Hugh gives us 15 questions that Bash should ask Kamala in the abovementioned article, which is linked.
Yes, that would be nice. Just put the question out there, ask it, and then let the candidates stumble to answer.
How will Kamala answer several of her flip-flop stances? How will she distinguish herself as the right candidate for the job when she is already in the current administration? We’ll find out soon enough.
What question would you ask of Kamala and Tim? Comments are open.

Not technically questions, but….
For Cackles, I’d ask for a comprehensive overview of her economic plan.
For Coward, I’d ask him to chronologically detail his entire military career.
…with follow-on questions based on their respective responses.
Nice!! I like it.
Thank you. I don’t need to read beyond the headline – that was my laugh of the day.

(In other words: Do not ask her any questions without showing her Tweet, past interviews or any photographic record first.)
