Trump’s Vice President pick is important for the 2028 election. Yes, that’s right. Donald Trump needs to consider who he will pass the baton to for 2028, and I hope it’s Byron Donalds. He is the only candidate Trump should choose for his VEEP.
Maybe you see things differently. In past Presidential elections that I can remember in my adult life, I don’t think any election was more important right now, including the urgency of selecting the right person for Vice President.
If Trump wins the election, his Vice President will probably become the most important person in the Republican party because that person will lead the helm in 2028. Donald Trump needs to get it right.
While one can say that Mike Pence is a good Christian man, and that is a good thing, we need someone who is not afraid of a fight and won’t back down or bow to the socialists and Marxists who are using the term Democrats for cover.
I am happy that Donald Trump also takes the job seriously in who he chooses for his VEEP.
Asked about his criteria for picking a running mate, the former president said: “Always, it’s got to be who is going to be a good president. Obviously, you always have to think that because in case of emergency.
“Things happen, right? No matter who you are, things happen. That’s got to be No. 1.” – MSN.com
Byron Donalds has proven himself to be a hard-working American who does put America first. His votes prove it, and his stance on the border alone is enough for me. But you know he has much more than the border emergency on his mind.
Congressman Donalds is unafraid, he’s strong, and I am confident he won’t back down from the policies that the left is trying to force upon the American people.
Biden will not reverse course.
Our cities are overrun & Americans throughout all corners of our nation are bearing the perilous consequences of an illegal alien crime wave.
It is important that the victims of these shocking & completely avoidable tragedies are never forgotten. pic.twitter.com/tTfy7uAkmX

And yes, I know all about Donalds’ criticism of Trump in 2011. And I believe Donalds was a private citizen back then. But you know what else? I, too, have criticized Trump for handling COVID and always will.
What matters now is that the two have buried the hatchet. Much has changed between then and now; we know much more today. In other words, more has been revealed, and priorities have changed thanks to the Democratic party’s passion for destroying and fundamentally transforming America into something we don’t even recognize anymore.
According to the following video from 2-weeks ago, Trump has apparently picked his Vice President.
Is it a man, as Gorka perhaps let it slip out? Of course, a lot can change between now and later. Maybe that’s why Trump hasn’t announced it yet.
You may get whiplash, though, with Donald Trump going from one extreme to another with his online social media posts and other commercials. Not to mention the lawfare he has to trudge through while trying to campaign.
But we’ll get there. Donald Trump knows what is at stake, and he will choose wisely.

As predicted after the MAGAverse said that DeSsntis should have waited until 2028 I said they would find a new shiny object to glom on to. DeSantis was never going to sign up to be the next Mike Pence so he would not be the designated successor
Since we are on subject of VP picks the right choice Sarah Huckabee Sanders. She knows what it is like to work for Trump, did a very good job as Press Secretary but maintained her independence.
I don’t think Trump is going to win not because of fraud but because he seems to be only messaging to the faithful. There are a lot voters who just need an excuse not to vote for him and he needs to refocus his message to include them.
I can definitely see your point John. For sure. I worry about that too. And I do like Sarah the best but I don’t think she wants it right now.
DeSantis would not be a NPC like Pence.
An NPC is not what is needed as a successor to President Trump. (That pick was one of the errors, among many, that I do lay at his feet.) Hopefully better this time.
Oh, and, at this point, there is no valid “excuse” for not voting for him.
