Governor Kristi Noem is forbidden to enter the land of six tribes in South Dakota. These six tribes, apparently, make up 20% of the state. Noem has been outspoken regarding tribes in the state. Saying South Dakota tribes benefit from cartels is something that will get you banned from entering their land.
