Considering that we already know Eric Swalwell was targeted by the Chinese government in a “honeypot” trap and had a “relationship” with Fang Fang as a result, should anyone really be surprised at this news?
It certainly explains WHY the CCP would see Swalwell as an “easy” mark who could be compromised. The allegations that Swalwell has been messing around and sleeping with multiple women, including his own staffers, has now broken out onto social media.
The unverified rumor of inappropriate conduct was circulated by Cheyenne Hunt, a Democratic Gen Z activist and former congressional candidate.
In a series of videos posted to TikTok, Hunt claimed she was working with a group of women who had experienced misconduct by Swalwell, alluding to a press report that she said could publish soon.
“I am personally working with a group of women who want to come forward and share their stories. I am also aware of a much larger group that is also in this process that I am not personally working with,” Hunt claimed in a video posted this month.
Swalwell’s office is denying the accusations.
“This false, outrageous rumor is being spread 27 days before an election begins by flailing opponents who have sadly teamed up with MAGA conspiracy theorists because they know Eric Swalwell is the frontrunner in this race,” Micah Beasley, a spokesperson for Swalwell, told the New York Post.
“In 13 years, no one in Eric Swalwell’s Congressional office has ever been asked to sign an NDA. Ever. In 13 years, not a single ethics complaint by any staff in his office or any other office has ever been lodged. Ever,” Beasley told the Post.
And we should totally believe Swalwell because his buddy Ruben Gallego is sticking up for him! Yeah, I don’t think that was a good call.
Why is it the marine motto is always faithful, but you can’t even be faithful to your wife.

Gallego, as anyone who paid attention knows, infamously served his pregnant wife divorce papers and ended up marrying a woman 14 years younger than himself. Not exactly the paragon that should be defending someone accused of sexual misconduct.
As to that claim that this is a “MAGA conspiracy,” well, there are an awful lot of Democrats involved here.
This guy is a big time Dem operative – ran battleground state ops for Kamala.
This isn't going away for Swalwell. https://t.co/FMRv5oHkJo

And Cheyenne Hunt is warning Swalwell that she has receipts.

Her full post reads:
Another day closer to the truth coming out about Eric Swalwell and his history of alleged sexual harassment and abuse against women.
Yesterday, his campaign came out publicly to deny his behavior, his NDAs, and the existence of these allegations in a statement to POLITICO.
This statement was forced, false, and a clear signal they are bracing for impact.
Every day since I first spoke about this last week, more women have come forward. They’ve shared deeply personal stories that previously felt too isolated or too risky to expose. But now, they know they are not alone.
The Swalwell team also suggested that these women have “teamed up with MAGA” – which is just gross, especially when so many are risking careers they built in democratic politics.
I am also aware that they have been suggesting that I am a paid operative working on behalf of his political opponents. This is not true. And the Swalwell team has provided no evidence to support these allegations… because no such evidence exists.
Attempts to paint survivors and those coming forward as political operatives is an intimidation tactic.
The work has been to establish trust with the women coming forward and connect them with pro bono legal support. Their stories will be out there soon.
Despite private efforts to discredit and intimidate me and others who are coming forward, Swalwell’s team could send me a cease and desist. But that still hasn’t happened. Because the truth is an absolute defense.
The question becomes, why release this information now? Well, the reason is probably twofold. First, if these allegations can be verified, and are already so widely known in Washington DC, then the odds are that it would be used at some point in the gubernatorial election. Now, Swalwell is already on the ballot, and that can’t be changed. Could he be weakened by these allegations, giving another high-profile Democrat on the ballot (like Tom Steyer or Katie Porter) a boost, in order to make sure that there aren’t two Republicans at the top of the ballot? Yes, and that is likely calculated.
The second reason? Swalwell could also be sunk by his “Nannygate” allegations, so may as well throw all the extra junk onto the deck of the Titanic while it begins to sink. These are the kind of revelations that could bring down the FEC and other prosecutions down on one’s head.

In short, Swalwell is dragging a whole lot of baggage that could be opened up for the public eye in a hot second, and the Democrats would like to dump him as quickly as possible if that happens. His name will still be on the ballot and he will still draw votes, but they are hoping to push someone else into the top two (remember, California has a jungle primary, so the top two vote-getters, regardless of party, advance to the general election) so that that same baggage won’t put a Republican into office.
And now we wait for Cheyenne Hunt, or another group, to provide receipts. If they do so, and produce even one NDA, after Swalwell’s team swore that none exist, then this charade is over and the Democrat gravy train that Eric Swalwell has been riding for years will come to a screeching halt.
