After three years of attempts, the full legislature has overridden Democrat Governor Laura Kelly’s veto of the “Fairness in Women’s Sports Act.”

The Kansas Legislature has passed the bill three times but until now it had failed of override in at least one house. (snip)

The bill simply requires that athletes compete on teams or in individual sports based upon their biological sex, rather than gender expression.

A very happy and needed development. But the continued war on women and girls this past week saw the handlers of the potted plant in the Oval Office gut Title IX and the continued insult hurled at women as Minstrel Dylan Mulvaney minces into yet another couple of corporate sponsorships.

At what point did we leave the state of Victor Havel’s Greengrocer to the enthusiastic – and rather creepy – cheerleading by government and corporate institutions of men-in-dresses? What, or who, has granted this gender-ideology such power over American society? Dears, there is not enough champagne in the world that will convince me that the best spokeshole for women’s sports bras is a man who got a pair of fake a-cup boobies to fondle on his own.

THIS is the way to handle the cult

We can’t just rely on law or policy to hold onto women’s sex-based rights; we have to push back. Hard.

A biologically male cyclist who now identifies as female was barred from competing in a women’s championship race this weekend, following threats of boycott from female competitors.

There is power in numbers. The more female athletes refuse to compete against males, the sooner the farce of having them there will be less profitable and encourage others to join in rejecting males in women’s spaces.

Heroes don’t always wear capes.

Ryan Roberts, 45, a ceramics teacher at the Iolani School in Honolulu, was heading home after work with his two sons on March 29 when he noticed a car in the left lane was stopped.

“The passenger door was open, so it was blocking part of the middle lane,” Roberts, the man who saved the woman, told Fox News Digital.

The woman, who was reportedly 100 years old, looked panicked, according to Roberts. (snip)

Roberts said he reached forth woman, spun her around and administered the Heimlich maneuver “gently” because he was afraid of hurting her – but nothing happened.

“I tried again a little harder,” Roberts said. “I gave her [the Heimlich] a third time pretty good. She coughed quite a bit, some stuff came out and then she started crying. I said, ‘Hey, if you’re crying, you’re breathing, so stop crying and just concentrate on breathing. You’re OK.’”

Bravo to this man who didn’t just drive on but who stopped to save this woman’s life. He didn’t leave it to someone else, but stepped up.

That makes him that guy.
