In a strange turn of events yesterday, the Justice Department made a proclamation of sorts about Hamas senior leaders.

Are you ready for this? They will be charged with terrorism. That’s right, terrorism. They are cracking down on six senior leaders of Hamas. They even were as bold to call Hamas a designated foreign terrorist organization.

The Justice Department has charged Yahya Sinwar and other senior leaders of Hamas for financing, directing, and overseeing a decades-long campaign to murder American citizens and endanger the national security of the United States.”-Attorney General Merrick B. Garland

The Justice Department’s seven-count criminal complaint includes charges such as conspiracy to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization resulting in death, conspiracy to murder U.S. nationals and conspiracy to finance terrorism. It also accuses Iran and Lebanon’s Hezbollah of providing financial support, weapons, including rockets, and military supplies to Hamas for use in attacks.

Yahya Sinwar is believed to be lurking around in the tunnels under Gaza. The Justice Department also believes half of the terrorists being charged are already dead. Yes, they have been brought their 72 virgins and won’t spend a lick of time repenting for their atrocities.

If Sinwar is found and brought to justice for planning the October 7 attacks, it would be a significant win for the U.S. and for all those who lost loved ones.”-Merissa Khurma, Middle East program director, The Wilson Center

No, Melissa. A significant win would have been bringing Yahoo Sinwar and the other Hamas terrorists to justice before unsealing the charges yesterday. Perhaps we could have brought an end to this sooner?

Took the words right out of my mouth.

Perhaps the gruesome death of Hersh Goldberg-Polin was enough for the Justice Department to make this proclamation and finally do something (which is really doing nothing) about Goldberg-Polin’d death and the murders, rapes, genital mutilations and close-range firing squads of October 7th of 2023. Now that Goldberg and five other Israeli hostages were murdered under the tunnels in Rafah, the very tunnels Joe Biden AND Kamala Harris told Israel to stay away from, the Justice Department tries to save face with this lip service.

In fact, I am sure Yahya Sinwar is quaking in his boots underground hearing this.

This is to help Kamala in the polls so she can say, Look what I did. I’m taking decisive action to protect the people of Gaza and Israel.

To help the same woman who backed up the senile old man who has been beach-hopping over the past few weeks when he called Rafah the “red line“. If only that “red line” was crossed sooner, perhaps six people would have returned home alive. Huge mistake, right, Kamala?

Last we checked, Hamas as a whole was determined to be a terrorist organization. Hamas unleashed terror on October 7th and our sitting, sleeping, napping president did nothing. Our vice president who wants to be president did nothing. And, why is the Justice Department only targeting these six senior leaders (three of them dead) as terrorists and not the whole lot of them? What about their supporters in other countries to include the Hamas groupies on college campuses and people like Kamala’s step-daughter who collect funds for the terrorist organization? These funds kept sick men like Yahya Sinwar eating in his underground tunnel.

“The first criminal step”, according to CNN, that will go absolutely nowhere. Do they expect to drag Sinwar out of his secret underground lair? Is the Justice Department going to put up Wanted posters in our Post Offices?

For the remaining Hamas leaders if they ever come out of hiding? Justice will be served. Sure, they’ll get flown onto our soil, given Democrat lawyers, put up in protective custody and fed three meals a day. Kamala is probably putting together the bail package as we speak. Isn’t election stunting cute?
