Julie Swetnick is the third accuser that Brett Kavanaugh has been dealing with. According to her sworn declaration (not statement mind you), she was a witness to Kavanaugh involved in or encouraging gang rape. Julie was interviewed by MSNBC’s Kate Snow last night. Suffice it to say, Julie’s stories about Brett Kavanaugh don’t add up. Heck, they don’t even pass the smell test!

Swetnick has a past history of legal issues.

In 2001, Ms. Swetnick was the defendant in a domestic-violence case filed by Richard Venneccy in Miami-Dade County, Fla. The case was dismissed when both parties failed to appear in court in March of that year, according to court documents reviewed by the Journal.

Roughly a decade ago, Ms. Swetnick was involved in a dispute with her former employer, New York Life Insurance Co., over a sexual-harassment complaint she filed, according to people familiar with the matter. Representing her in the complaint was the firm run by Debra Katz, the lawyer currently representing Dr. Ford. The company ultimately reached a financial settlement with Ms. Swetnick, the people said.

A spokesman for New York Life confirmed that Ms. Swetnick worked there as an agent for less than two years, from 2006 to 2008. She didn’t list her work there on a résumé posted online.

If you look at her demeanor, more than a few red flags start flying.

I watched the entire interview that Kate Snow conducted. What did Julie know about Brett Kavanaugh and when?

She’s quite a shy and private person

She decided to step up because she hadn’t realized until about 6 weeks ago that Brett Kavanaugh could become a Supreme Court Justice. Ok

But hey! When reminded about the timeline and stuff, she’s not someone who follows the news so please, give it a rest will ya??!! I’ve got a complaint!

As for her alleged encounter with Brett Kavanaugh? She actually does not name him. Instead, this is how she describes it.

“What happened to me is probably the most horrendous, awful thing that could happen to a human being,” she said. “My body was violated, my soul was broken. It felt like somebody took me and basically said, ‘You’re worthless, you’re nothing to us, you’re disposable.”

Yes, she’s speaking now as a 50+ year old. But seriously if one is recounting a sexual assault then or now, is THAT the language you’d use then or now? NO.

There’s sonething very creepy and well stalkerish about her behavior during the invterview. Question is, what credible evidence does she have that Brett Kavanaugh did something to her?

“I also witnessed efforts by Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and others to cause girls to become inebriated and disoriented so they could then be ‘gang raped’ in a side room or bedroom by a ‘train’ of numerous boys. I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their ‘turn’ with a girl inside the room. These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh.”

Swetnick says she was touched everywhere and physically assaulted in every way possible. But then she follows up with this via the video above.

“I cannot specifically say that he was one of the ones who specifically assaulted me.”

You know what? STOP. This madness has to STOP. MSNBC should’ve never aired this dreck but they did. Maybe they did because they wanted everyone to see the crazy they saw?

MSNBC did inform the audience that Swetnick supplied no evidence or witnesses to back up her claims.

"[Swetnick] provided four names to NBC News that she said could confirm her descriptions of the parties in the 1980s. NBC News contacted all four: one said they did not remember a Julie Swetnick, one was dead, and two did not respond, per Snow."

Swetnick saw Brett Kavanaugh near a punch bowl! She heard lots and lots of laughter. Wait what? Who else recently talked about laughter? Yes, that would be Christine Blasey Ford during her testimony last week. Coincidence?

Swetnick tells us this is important because IF Brett Kavanaugh did this to her, he shouldn’t be on the Supreme Court. That’s a mighty big IF.

Once again we are dealing with baseless accusations inflicted upon us with the help of Michael ‘Stripper Matlock’ Avenatti. 

Is Swetnick believable? IMO she is not. As referenced above, her behavior seems to be that of a stalker demanding her 15 minutes of fame while dragging a good man’s name through the mud.
