Peter Navarro, the former Donald Trump Trade Advisor, has been ordered to report to prison in Miami, Florida on March 19, 2024 to serve a four-month sentence. While Navarro’s lawyers have asked for a stay, pending appeal, Judge Mehta, the presiding judge, loves to put J6’ers in stony lonesome. The Prosecution had asked for a six month sentence for the 74 year old Navarro, but he was given four months. Let this be a warning to all of you who might think of taking a position in a future Trump Administration. Just so I make myself clear on this subject: There was no coup. There was no insurrection. There was no plot to overturn the 2020 Presidential Election. Everything you hear from the Democrat Media Industrial Complex is January 6 Lawfare. Everything we know now shows this is true. Backed by Nancy Pelosi, the J6 Committee lied, obfuscated and suppressed exculpatory information about the events before, during and after the Fed-led Capitol riot. Because of the January 6 Lawfare, ordinary, patriotic Americans have had their lives, families and careers destroyed. Many J6’ers rot in jail. Peter Navarro, a noted economist, has been a Republican, a Democrat and an Independent. He has worked with Republican and Democrat Administrations. He was an eminent Professor of Economics with 20 plus years at the University of California at Irvine…until he jumped on the Trump Train. After the 2020 Presidential Election, most of us knew something was screwy Election Night, the Trump people looked at ways to prove their suspicions, as is their right and due. That led to the riot, thanks to the Feds. That led to the J6 Committee, which was possibly illegally constituted, which led to subpoenas for everyone. Peter Navarro defied the subpoena, just as Hunter Biden did, but the Feds didn’t let Peter pontificate outside of the Capitol building. They notoriously arrested Navarro:

Former Trump adviser Dr. Peter Navarro was outrageously arrested and handcuffed at a Washington, D.C.-area airport just one day after vowing to help Republicans impeach President Joe Biden. “They responded with effectively the same kind of thing you’d see in Stalin’s Russia or the Chinese Communist Party,” Navarro told reporters outside the courtroom on Friday. “I note interestingly for the record, the only two people that have been indicted on criminal charges are me and Steve Bannon.” “There was no reason on God’s good Earth for what they did today to an American citizen. That did not have to happen. It’s terrorism, it’s coercion. There’s no excuse for what they did today. America needs to know this,” he raged. Navarro was traveling from D.C. to Nashville, Tennessee when the FBI slapped handcuffs on him and took him into custody, ostensibly attempting to send a message by embarrassing him publicly over defying the January 6 select committee. “I told them [to] contact an individual that would discuss this matter. What did they do? They didn’t call me. I spoke to the FBI agent that arrested me. I spoke to him Wednesday night. I said, ‘Walter, whatever you need. You don’t have to come banging on my door like you did last week getting me out of bed. I’m here to cooperate.’ What did they do? I was on my way to Nashville today to do a TV appearance with Mike Huckabee’s show, all right?” Navarro recounted. “And instead of coming to my door where I live, which by the way is right next to the FBI, instead of calling me and say, ‘Hey, we need you down in court, we’ve got a warrant for you,’ I would have gladly come. What did they do? They intercepted me getting on the plane. Then they put me in handcuffs, they bring me here, they put me in leg irons, stick me in a cell,” he charged.

Peter Navarro, the former White House adviser to Donald Trump, has been ordered to report to a prison in Miami on March 19 at the latest after being handed a four-month sentence following his conviction on contempt of Congress charges. Economist Navarro, who was convicted last year for defying a subpoena from the Jan. 6 select committee, could now become the first former Trump official to be imprisoned over crimes relating to efforts to overturn the result of the 2020 election. In a filing late Sunday to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, his attorneys have now revealed that he could be locked up by next Tuesday. snip- During his sentencing, Navarro told Mehta that he had “an honest belief that privilege had been invoked” and that he was “torn” when he received the subpoena. He had claimed that former President Donald Trump told him not to testify and invoke privilege, but Mehta rejected the claim on the grounds that Navarro had not proved that the former president made such an instruction.
