Everything is about to escalate in Iran, as President Trump’s red line has been crossed.

The full statement reads:
On July 17, two U.S. service members in Jordan were killed in action as U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) and partner forces defended against Iranian ballistic missile and drone attacks. Additionally, one service member is currently missing.
Four American service members were medically evacuated to Jordanian hospitals. They have since been discharged. Other personnel who were evaluated for minor injuries have returned to duty.
Out of respect for the families, CENTCOM will withhold additional information, including the identities of the fallen warriors, until 24 hours after the next of kin have been notified.
This is breaking right after the news that Iran considers the memorandum of understanding – which President Trump already said was over last week – “suspended” as well. As if they weren’t acting like it already, or that they ever honored it in the first place.
Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi says Tehran has “suspended” commitments to the memorandum of understanding signed with the United States last month amid renewed clashes with the US.
“The US has violated and suspended all its commitments within the framework of the Islamabad MOU,” he says in a statement carried by the Fars news outlet.
“We have also suspended our commitments; we are not implementing them, and we are busy defending the country,” he says.
“Defending the country” apparently means taking aim at Jordan and firing at the United States assets there, and now we have dead, wounded, and missing troops.
The service members’ deaths mark the first U.S. deaths in the Iran war since fighting resumed in June following the collapse of a ceasefire and memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the U.S. and Iran. 16 total U.S. service members have died in the conflict since the war began in February.
Iran’s strikes on Jordan come amidst a wider wave of Iranian attacks on U.S. allies in the Persian Gulf. Iran has launched missile and drone strikes at Kuwait and Qatar in recent days as well.
The missing Mojtaba, Iran’s very own nepo baby ayatollah, released a “statement” threatening the United States before the news broke about the deaths. Does anyone actually believe that he wrote this?
Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei called President Trump’s signature “utterly worthless and devoid of credibility” and warned of “unforgettable lessons” if the U.S. continues its attacks.
“Now that the American enemy is seeking to escalate the conflict thereby incurring even heavier costs and further humiliation, it should know that the noble nation of Iran and the Resistance Front have unforgettable lessons in store for it,” Khamenei said in a statement.
“The repeated breaches of the agreement by the Great Satan [the US] regarding the MOU signed by the Presidents of Iran and the US have once again laid bare a fundamental truth: the signature of the US President is utterly worthless and devoid of credibility,” Khamenei said in the statement, which was read by a spokesperson on Iranian state TV.
It was not clear what the ayatollah was referring to by teaching the U.S. “unforgettable lessons,” but its military is greatly diminished by American strikes. It has resorted to strikes on commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz, effectively shutting down the major oil artery, and drone and missile strikes on U.S. allies in the Middle East.
“Unforgettable lessons” means killing American troops. It doesn’t matter if Mojtaba wrote this, or it was just issued in his name by the IRGC. The Iranian regime has made their choices. It is past time to make them start regretting them, wholesale. Unfortunately, it does mean that the Iranian people will bear the consequences of the actions of the regime.
The United States had been hitting infrastructure within Iran, and moving military assets back into place within the Middle East. With this news, it seems all but certain that President Trump will escalate by hitting targets like Kharg Island. The administration certainly will not be backing down.
Godspeed, heroes.
Their sacrifice only stiffens our resolve. https://t.co/GIcfNdAol0

Just flatten everything /everyone associated with the IRGC. Completely eliminate their ability to attack others, and let the chips fall where they may. Hopefully the people of Iran will grow a spine and retake their country.. Time will tell.this needed to be done decades ago, but we never had a President willing to do what needed done.
Lefty panty-wastes like reader will scream about “starting wars”, ignoring the fact that the Iranian regime had been at war with us since 1980. It’s getting past time to start dealing with domestic enemies as well as foreign ones.. those advocating for dissolution of our borders and destruction of our nation are directly aiding enemies like Iran, and we are at much greater risk after whoever was running g the goat while biden was eating his pudding cups..
