Ketanji Brown Jackson’s (KBJ) arguments during citizenship (or any hearing for that matter) hearings have become increasingly cumbersome.
Take the oral arguments in the case, Trump v. Barbara, which questions the constitutionality of President Donald Trump’s executive order which ended citizenship for children born to illegal aliens.
I was thinking, I, a U.S. citizen am visiting Japan. And what it means is that if I steal someone’s wallet in Japan, the Japanese authorities can arrest me and prosecute me. It’s allegiance meaning can they control you as a matter of law. I can rely on them if my wallet is stolen to, under Japanese law, go and prosecute that person who had stolen it. So there’s this relationship, even though I’m just a temporary traveler, I’m just on vacation in Japan, I’m still locally owing allegiance in that sense.”-Ketanji Brown Jackson
Wait…what?!
Theft is not popular in Japan. I remember when we were stationed in Japan and I lost my ID on a mountain, in the snow, after a ski excursion. The ski resort called me AFTER the snow melted to tell me they found my ID. Months later! Citizens do not have to worry about locking their vehicles in Japan. Theft just doesn’t happen. If it does, the criminal in question is shameful. This is what happens in a society steeped in honor and shame.
That her brain jumped to ‘stealing’ says all

For the most part, Democrat Americans are the theives. Steal from the “rich” (middle-class) with taxes to pad their wallets. Steal from hard-working families, steal souls of the lost, steal the spirit of our young people, steal from Americans who immigrated here the correct way and give to those who came here illegally, because…
Is that the right way to think about it? And if so, doesn’t that explain why both temporary residents and undocumented people would have that kind of allegiance just by virtue of being in the United States?”-Ketanji Brown Jackson
Hey, KBJ, they have no allegiance to their home country or to US. They are here for the free ride. They couldn’t give a big, steaming, horse turd about any kind of allegiance.
I’m begging…
Please God…
Let her go and test this theory.

Theft in Japan does not get dismissed like it does here. We have Democrat-run states where an individual can walk out of a store with under $750 bucks in merch and not get any jail time. KBJ’s crazy argument gives pause for those to think about other more punishable crimes in Japan.
Would she still sing Kimigayo if she killed someone in Nippon, even though she’s “just a temporary traveler, on vacation”? Would she “still locally owe allegiance in that sense?” Hey, a crime is a crime, is a crime, right? Last I checked, a crime does not make you a “citizen” of the country you commit the crime in.

If you commit rape, you’re a rapist. If you commit murder, you are a murderer. If you molest a child, you are a child molester. If you are a drug-dealing, gang-banger, you are still a drug-dealing gang-banger. None of these acts make you more of a “citizen” of a country if you are a foreigner. What KBJ is saying defeats all Democrat logic if we break it down. Any one who has seen “Locked Up Abroad” knows penalties for committing crimes such as theft, smuggling, or even murder are treated much more harshly overseas than they are here. This is why illegals come here and commit said crimes. They know they will get off easy because our laws and punishments are far less severe (depending on state) than where they came from.
Crime is a rare occurrence in Japan. The Japanese are a very honorable culture. And when people do crime in Japan, they do it big with no turning back. The punishment is also big. Death row inmates do not have a series of appeals and they do not know the date, the time or the hour of their death for the most part. A guard comes to their cell and punches their clock on this earth. This is why criminals come here to the U.S. They know, as long as we have Ketanji Brown Jackson and other hard-left lawmakers, we will be soft on them. KBJ’s wallet argument makes a point that she was not intentionally trying to make here-that we need more stringent laws on illegals who commit crimes. Deportation is always a great option but if they DO “pledge allegiance”, their lives need to be made freaking miserable. Plain and simple.
If you give KBJ a plane ticket, she will go to Japan. If you give her an opportunity, she will steal a wallet. She will say she was “on vacation”. She will ask for a comfortable jail cell because she was “just visiting” and because she “owes allegiance”.

I swear that the other eight Justices have bingo cards they quietly mark whenever she speaks.
It’s a wasted of time to attempt to explain anything to KBJ.
Give her some crayons(non toxic, just in case she eats some) and some coloring books to pass the time while in class.Tell her the pictures are beautiful and act excited about how talented she is,sign the diploma she made and call it a day.
There is a reason that the Japanese don’t like black visitors.
It is clear that the current bunch of politicians, since the 40s?, don’t understand or don’t care about the meaning of the phrase “or subject to the jurisdiction of”.
Correction to my timeline, the cast was in 1898, therefore the politicians/lawyers from that time forward didn’t understand or didn’t care.
Allegiance? Loyal citizens will obey laws. Visitors to another country are also obligated to obey its laws. Illegal aliens (“undocumented visitors”) have already broken a law.
In all future federal elections, KJB’s nonsense should be replayed multiple times as a reminder of what progressive politicians will do in power.
