Hunter Biden Trial: Lies Masking More Lies

The Biden family converged in Wilmington, Delaware for opening statements in the Hunter Biden gun trial where the defense is spinning up their tall tales.

The pResident’s son showed up to court with his wife and first daughter, Ashley Biden. Jill Biden, the First Lady, even sat in while tales were being spun. The biggest tall tale of ’em all? Thought you’d never ask…

Hunter Biden didn’t “knowingly” lie about his addiction when he went and purchased a gun.

As the tale is woven, defense attorney, Abbe Lowell, stated Hunter Biden did not know that he was a crack addict. He did not think he had a problem, apparently. So, he snorted a little cocaine back in the day. So, he smoked some occasional recreational crack with hookers. Pfft. This was not a problem.

The prosecution alleged Hunter Biden was more than aware that he was an addict when he indicated the very opposite in his federal application for the purchase of the gun in 2018. You know? The very same gun gun that was found in a pouch that also had traces of cocaine residue? The prosecution played audio of clips of Hunter Biden narrating his 2021 autobiography, “Beautiful Things“. Here are some excerpts we’ve found:

I spent more time on my hands and knees picking through rugs smoking anything that even remotely resembled crack cocaine. I probably smoked more parmesan cheese than anyone you know.” -Hunter Biden, Beautiful Things

But, he didn’t know he was an addict.

…knowing which the f– way was up. All my energy revolved around smoking drugs”-Hunter Biden, Beautiful Things

All his energy revolved around crack. But he didn’t know he was an addict.

I am also an alcoholic and a drug addict. I’ve bought crack cocaine on the the streets of Washington D.C., and cooked up my own inside a hotel bungalow in Los Angeles. In the last five years alone, my two-decades long marriage has dissolved, guns have been put in my face, , and at one point, I dropped clean off-the-grid, living in $59-dollars-a-night Super 8 motels off I-95 while scaring my family more than myself.”-Hunter Biden, Beautiful Things

The autobiography, Beautiful Things, was released in 2021. Hunter Biden mused in his very own bio how in the last five years (since the time of the book release), he bought crack-cocaine on the streets of D.C. If we go back five years fro 2021, that takes us to 2016. Only in Hunter Biden’s world does “smocking crack cocaine every 15 minutes, 7 days a week“, amount to “not knowing” one has a drug addiction.

But, he didn’t know he was an addict.

The defense, of course, is arguing the wording of the form Hunter Biden filled out to purchase said gun that ended up in a trash can.

The form asked, ‘Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to’ controlled substances?

Lowell argued the government could prove neither that Hunter Biden was a drug user on the day of the purchase nor an addict. He repeatedly emphasized the present tense of the question.

‘It most clearly uses the word ‘are,’’ Lowell said of the form.”-Ashley Oliver, The Washington Examiner

So are is not “were you or “have you ever been” an unlawful user of…” (because he was) or “were you or “have you ever been” addicted to” controlled substances? Hunter Biden was living in the present moment when he filled out that form, apparently. And on that very day and time, Hunter Biden did not consider himself an addict, though he readily admitted to being one in his autobiography.

Let’s add more onto this whopper of a tale: Hunter Biden “stayed with family members and friends” (to include having sleepovers with his deceased brother’s widow) during the time he purchased this gun. This, the defense says, is “inconsistent” with someone who is a crack addict who “smokes up every 15 minutes”. And we know, Ol’ Joe n’ Jill would never allow crack cocaine in their home (cough). As far as Hunter’s rich buddies from Yale? They probably wouldn’t have it, either. After all, as Abbe Lowell says, “there is no such thing as a high-functioning crack addict.” Clearly, Hunter Biden was of sound mind and body when he filled out this form, illegally-and lied.

Hunter Biden may very well be the first-ever “high-functioning crack addict”. I don’t know of many individuals who become addicted to crack cocaine and still retain their millions, or who can afford good defense lawyers to whip up a defense such as this. Decades-long addiction. Decades-long illegal drug use. Decades-long benders, cooking up in hotel bungalows, soliciting hookers, smoking anything that looked like crack in a desperate attempt at a high. If this were anyone else, we may have mercy on a poor, desperate should who is an addict. But this addict is paying his lawyers to say that he “didn’t feel like an addict” during the brief time he filled out paperwork to purchase a weapon.

I will leave this here for now. All of this is happening, while The Big Guy and his First Lady, “Doctor Jill”, look on, unashamed. They have eyes on The White House for four more years. They and their supporters have the utter nerve to call anyone who remotely supports Trump “ignorant, White Trash”. Seriously, it doesn’t get any trashier than this. The Democrats are sure to look away.

The defense is parsing the words on the ATF form in order to give the jury a hook on which to hang their “Not Guilty” verdict. After all it is Delaware and the Biden’s own Delaware.

  • Blackwing1 says:

So the contention of the defense is that as long as you’re not actually smoking dope, lighting up a crack pipe, or injecting smack while you’re filling out the form, you’re not actually an addict at that moment?

If he’s released on this kind of nonsense, will the ATF ever be able to prosecute someone for a “straw purchase” again?

I mean, after all, they intended to buy that firearm for themselves AT THAT MOMENT. It was just later that they realized it would be the perfect gift for their gang-member boyfriend.

What I have not seen mentioned anywhere is that Hunter, at various times, had TWO handguns. This trial is concerning a .38 Special revolver, but there are several photographs on his laptop of him (naked, for whatever reason) holding a semiautomatic pistol. Where, when and how did he come into possession of that item, one wonders?

Shhhh you weren’t supposed to notice those pics, and anyway, they’re just Russian disinformation…. lots of national security folks said so, and they wouldn’t lie…
