It’s so odd for me to read an article concerning a criminal investigation on Hillary Clinton, only to toggle to my next open tab on the computer to review her poll numbers. The Democrat front-runner has been in hot water for some time now, but as of yesterday a Federal Judge reiterated what we all knew to be true.

While Justice Department Lawyer, Peter D. Wechsler, seems befuddled by the idea that they should have to go back and find Hillary’s old computer or Blackberry, or look for backup tapes, the Judge seems to take the matter seriously.
U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan presided over a hearing Thursday afternoon meant to determine whether the State Department was sufficiently forthcoming about Clinton’s e-mails and e-mail policies. “We wouldn’t be here today if this employee had followed government policy,” Sullivan, a Bill Clinton appointee, said at the hearing. “There was a violation of government policy.”
Hillary insisted that she complied with every rule, but now her tone is changing.
From a former @TheJusticeDept official: “Our ridiculous classification rules” are the real problem: http://t.co/zdsAki3KG9

In short: “The problem isn’t that I disobeyed, stayed out all night, got arrested for underage drinking, crossed the border to buy drugs in Mexico, and married a leader in the Mexican Cartel, Mom. The problem is that your curfew is far too restrictive.”
Twitter had a lot to say about her attempt to deflect this morning:
@HillaryClinton @TheJusticeDept No, Madam Secretary, the problem is your secretiveness and flouting of the spirit of the law.

@HillaryClinton @TheJusticeDept -Your justifications are going from bad to worse. Give it up, you're busted this time!

The question begs to be asked: Did Hillary not know the rules?
There are only three options here, 1) She didn’t know the rules, and that shows how incompetent she was at her job. 2) She knew the rules but felt she was above them, or 3) She purposefully broke them because she had something to hide.
More on the Judge’s push-back:
The judge expressed irritation Wednesday when Wechsler said he did not know whether the FBI, a Justice Department agency — was actually in possession of Clinton’s server or thumb drives on which her attorney stored copies of her emails.
“You’re a Justice Department attorney? …. You can’t tell me?” the judge said.
Wechsler said the FBI “reportedly” was in possession of the server, but he said the State Department knew that only because Kendall told them so.
“I need to get an answer,” the judge said. “We’re tiptoeing on the head of a pin because there’s only one government.”
Clinton is still playing games though, on the 17th she did an interview with Iowa Public Radio, in which she played the “I didn’t have to give the emails over” card.
“I think this will all sort itself out,” Clinton said. “And in a way, it’s kind of an interesting insight into how the government operates. Because if I had not asked for my emails all to be made public, none of this would have been in the public arena…”
And that’s who the Democrats want as President?
No, Hillary, the last thing we need are less restrictive rules for those in government. It looks like the kingdom she built for herself might be crumbling beneath her feet. However, I’ve stated many times before that she wouldn’t possibly get out of the mess she has so often put herself in, but somehow her ivory tower theatrics have worked their magic; let’s hope that doesn’t happen this time.
“And that’s who the Democrats want as President”?
Why certainly! The party of degeneracy highly values lying, hypocrisy, criminality and an insatiable lust for power. THIS is their ideal candidate as she has all of these fine qualities in abundance.
The truly disgusting part is the fact that millions of sheeple actually worship this reincarnation of Madame Mao (who worried even the monstrously ruthless Mao at times with her chicanery) and will gladly vote for her-more than once if possible. Even if she goes to jail. That’s where the real problem lies.
