Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer understood some of the “motivations” behind President Donald Trump’s broad tariff notions, but her words of “understanding” are not an endorsement of Trump. That’s the message that “Crazy Eyes” Whitmer hopes that Democrat voters will take away and that her future in the 2028 Presidential Election has not been “trumped” by her association with the nightmare in the Oval Office.
Democrats are not very forgiving. Their greatest heroes get no quarter. You’ve seen what they have done to Elon Musk, right? There are no second chances in the Progressive World. “Crazy Eyes” Whitmer is hoping that she got away with Donald Trump saying something nice about her when she was at the White House with that Fascist villain Trump. From the Wall Street Journal comes the kiss of death:
President Trump welcomed Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, a Democrat, to the Oval Office before signing executive orders on Wednesday, saying she’s “done an excellent job” and is a “very good person.”
The knife between the ribs. Cleanly. Muah! “Crazy Eyes” Gretch wants the Left to know that she is not endorsing Donald Trump, but if he says something nice about her, do they care? From Newsweek:
Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer said her appearance at the Oval Office was not an “endorsement” of President Donald Trump, as the Democrat has faced backlash for her latest White House visit.
Whitmer appeared alongside Trump on Wednesday after delivering a speech in which she said she understood some of “the motivation” behind the president’s now largely paused global tariff plans.

Whitmer locked senior citizens in nursing homes, kept them from their families seeing them and destroyed Michigan children’s education for years.
Just as people are forgetting her crimes during Covid, she gets caught at the White House during negotiations about tariffs. More from Newsweek:
Whitmer is considered a potential Democratic candidate for president in 2028. Her decision to work across the aisle with Trump could alienate some Democratic voters, or broaden her appeal ahead of a possible White House bid.
Whitmer was in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday to deliver a speech warning against sweeping tariffs. She later appeared on the sidelines of the Oval Office as the president signed executive orders.
The governor was scheduled to meet privately to discuss how Trump’s tariff plans could severely affect Michigan, a state heavily reliant on the auto industry and international trade with countries such as Canada and Mexico.
In a statement, Whitmer’s office said the governor was brought into the Oval Office in front of the press “without any notice” and emphasized that her presence was not an “endorsement of the actions taken or statements” made at that event.
It was not “Crazy Eyes” fault. It was Trump’s fault. Don’t blame Big Gretch:

It was against her will. Look at that face. Whitmer wants to be up for the 2028 Presidential Race.

Jorg X McKie says: Gretch the Wretch obviously doesn’t know much about gardening. Those of us who grow vegetables frequently buy the seeds in February BECAUSE we start them inside for transplanting when the soil is warm enough.
She’s an awful person, basically the instantiation of an AWFL.
