Haitian Group Invokes Its Private-Citizen Right To File Charges Against Trump/Vance

The shelf-life of a news story these days depends on its usefulness to the dominant power structure. President Donald Trump got shot in the head (the ear is on the head) and the story is memory holed on State Media. President Donald Trump and Senator J.D. Vance believe that small animals are being eaten by Haitian immigrants, deposited in the town of Springfield, Ohio by the Biden/Harris regime. That story was starting to disappear so to hit refresh on the story, the Haitian Bridge alliance has invoked it Private-Citizen Right to file charges against Trump and Vance. Interesting how that works.

Washington Examiner has the story. From the article:

The Haitian Bridge Alliance claimed Trump and Vance put the community in danger. Its lawyer, Subodh Chandra, said the group was invoking its private-citizen right to file charges after the local prosecutor’s inaction, the Associated Press reported.

The charges include disrupting public services, making false alarms, telecommunications harassment, aggravated menacing, and complicity. Chandra is asking the Clark County Municipal Court to issue arrest warrants for Trump and Vance.

In a statement, she attempted to pin bomb threats against schools and local buildings against Trump and Vance.

“If it were anyone else other than Trump and Vance who had done what they’ve done — wreak havoc on Springfield, resulting in bomb threats, evacuated and closed government buildings and schools, threats to the mayor and his family — they would have been arrested by now,” Chandra said. “So, really, the only question is whether the court and then the prosecutors would treat Trump and Vance the way anyone else would be treated. They are not above the law.”

Miss Chandra has got to think we are all STOOPID. Trump and Vance didn’t dump thousands of immigrants of another country into the middle Ohio culture. Every town has a culture of behaviors and traditions. You disrupt that culture and just tell residents to accept being booted from jobs and rental properties and see how that goes. Add in stories about pets and park ducks being eaten and you have big problems. This is not an Ohio thing. IMAGINE IF YOU WILL that a 100 apartment building in Brooklyn has a lot of longtime residents, but 25 empty apartments. Our federal government pays the building owner the rent for those 25 apartments and fills the apartments with 200 Belarussians. The culture and traditions of that building will, necessarily, change.

More from the Washington Examiner:

Though Chandra and activists have attempted to pin the over 30 bomb threats on Trump and Vance, Gov. Mike DeWine (R-OH) revealed that they originated outside the country. He didn’t disclose which foreign country the threats came from.

In a statement to the outlet, Steven Cheung, Trump-Vance campaign communications director, denied any wrongdoing.

“President Trump is rightfully highlighting the failed immigration system that Kamala Harris has overseen, bringing thousands of illegal immigrants pouring into communities like Springfield and many others across the country,” he said.

“…Chandra and activists have attempted to pin” the glut of sudden threats on Trump and Vance. Hmmm. Too convenient. And, Cheung is correct. Springfield isn’t the only place this has happened. Here is a recent hit from Alabama:

Meanwhile, state leaders demanded answers from the feds as the migrants appear to be in the country legally under Temporary Protective Status provisions extended to Haitian nationals by Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

In Sylacauga, just south of NASCAR’s Talladega Superspeedway, City Council President Tiffany Nix abruptly curtailed public comment as residents demanded accountability for the at least 50 migrants that appeared in the city.

“We’re done,” Nix responded to resident David Phillips, who had criticized council’s attitude as “entirely unacceptable” during the meeting last week.

“[Haiti is] a failed state – their president (Jovenel Moise) was assassinated in 2021 – there is no way the State Department can vet these individuals,” Phillips said before Nix cut in as another resident called out, “Please let him talk.”

The Biden Administration has accepted 300,000 Haitians into the United States.

Ohio and Alabama shouldn’t feel special. The Dominican Republic has also been called RACIST for barring Haitians from entering:

The people are afraid of the lawless Haitians. Maybe we should ask the Clintons about their progress in Haiti?

Let us next discuss the Haitian Bridge Alliance. Who are they? The Haitian Bridge Alliance is headquartered in San Diego about 2900 miles from Haiti. Here are some details from their site:

The Haitian Bridge Alliance (HBA) also known as “The BRIDGE” is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit community organization that advocates for fair and humane immigration policies and provides migrants and immigrants with humanitarian, legal, and social services, with a particular focus on Black people, the Haitian community, women and girls, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and survivors of torture and other human rights abuses.

We focus on the issues unique to Black migrants and build solidarity and collective movement toward policy change. We work closely with Black migrant communities throughout the United States, progressive coalitions fighting anti-Blackness and advocate locally, nationally, and internationally for fair and just immigration policies. We’re working to end racist border policies like the Remain in Mexico Policy, Title 42, and the border-to-prison-and-deportation pipeline.

The Haitian Bridge Alliance may have been founded on December 18, 2023. Not much else is shown before that. They last received a $20,000 grant from The Weingart Foundation.

So semi-sketchy group wants Trump and Vance arrested over threats that came from overseas. Pfft. We should be more like the Dominican Republic and send them home. Not a fan of Laura Loomer but, this is also sketchy:

By the by, isn’t the little cat duck on screen left beyond adorable? I wanted to leave you with something adorable.

Can the media and Haitian Bridge definitively point out than no pets were eaten in either Alabama or Ohio? I would think any judge would ask them to prove their allegations.

What the HECK is that Moreau monstrosity on the left of the top pic?! A chick-kitten cross? WTAF?
You need to get your AI off the drugs, Toni. Tough love, or it won’t respect you when it grows up.

Trump and Vance put the community in danger
Holy Moley, have you seen what Haiti itself is like?! We could probably feed a random Haitian “refugee” through a wood chipper each day and it would still be safer for the community than being back in Haiti. Dude, we need a word about your level of hyperbole and why it’s not supposed to work in an American court of law.

    making false alarms
Yeah, think you might not know what that means. Probably because you’ve been listening to the snowflakes for too long.

pin bomb threats against schools and local buildings against Trump and Vance
Pretty sure for that they would have had to be actual threats. You know, someone ACTUALLY put a bomb somewhere (at least a fake one). You can’t hold someone responsible for someone else calling in fake threats.

If it were anyone else other than Trump and Vance who had done what they’ve done
So, you agree with me saying “It’s (D)ifferent when we do it”?

Miss Chandra has got to think we are all STOOPID.
C’mon, Toni! Look at the people who are on her side. She knows people are that stupid, because those people actually believe her insanity. And I doubt she’s actually playing this to anyone not already on her side. So, YES, the people to whom she is addressing this bit of theater ARE that stoopid.

the way anyone else would be treated
I would hope they do get treated (over this) just like any other human being would be in a just judicial system. Which would be to tell them – while trying to stop laughing – the charges are dismissed with prejudice; then taking you out back of the courthouse and beating you. (Or fining you for frivolity wasting the court’s time.)

The Dominican Republic has also been called RACIST for barring Haitians from entering:
The common refrain from anyone in the DR is “Those people live on the same island as us; they had EXACTLY the same resources. We’re not like that. We don’t want them here because they are awful people.”
And, while I will state that not all Haitians are awful people, the predominant culture is a grotesque voodoo-based might-makes-right mish-mash of evil and stupidity. It is a failed culture. Period.

advocates for fair and humane immigration policies
You keep using those words. I don’t think those words mean what you think they mean. Alternatively “Fair and humane for WHOM?” Certainly not for Americans.

provides migrants and immigrants with humanitarian, legal, and social services
IOW, works against law and regulation to get you some. We will work to steal as much from the Americans as possible to give it to you.

survivors of torture and other human rights abuses
Since they define calling a homosexual bad names as a human rights abuse, you can imagine how expansive their definition of “survivors” is.

    fighting anti-Blackness
FLAMING progs. It’s written right there.

They last received a $20,000 grant from The Weingart Foundation.
Annnnd, who funds the Weingart Foundation? Can anyone here take a guess? Anyone? Bueller?

By the by, isn’t the little cat duck on screen left beyond adorable?
NO! It’s creepy as s**t! It’s all Island of Dr Moreau. And you should know how that turned out.

  • Jack says:

Looks like that cat and duck got a little bit too cozy 🙂

  • CDC says:

Lets all give a big hand and warm welcome to Special private-citizen and prosecutor Subodh Chandra who is fighting for the civil rights? of who?
If this lawfare and countless other court filings are accepted as legitimate grievances,we may need to admit the government no longer represents we the people.
