Color me not at all shocked. The Gold Star Families of the thirteen service members killed at Abbey Gate have not been contacted by the meat puppets in the White House. Not one time in the past three years have Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Lloyd Austin, or any of the other anime avatars in this administration contacted the families of those killed or those grievously wounded. Why would they? They were the people Joe Biden called “stupid bastards”.
We know that no one was surprised when Biden and Harris didn’t go to the Wreath Laying Ceremony yesterday. Harris can never be bothered and Joe was busy at the beach. Joe Biden will go down in history as feckless. Not flat evil like Woodrow Wilson. Just irresponsible and unaccountable. That’s Biden.
It’s clear that the families remain justifiably angry and resentful. The Washington Free Beacon reported the Gold Star Families thoughts and feelings from a telephone press conference organized by the Trump Presidential Campaign:
Alicia Lopez, the Gold Star mother of Marine Corporal Hunter Lopez, 22, criticized what she saw as a “lack of responsibility taken by the administration of both Harris and Biden,” and a failure to investigate the mistakes behind the withdrawal.
“For them to think that it’s okay, and to treat it as another page in the book that they’re just flipping over for the next chapter, it saddens me and frightens me, all at the same time,” she said.
Biden and Harris have turned the page and closed the book. Joe won’t even read the Afghanistan After Action Report:

When our family members sign up to fight for Uncle Sam, we glow with pride. We celebrate every moment. Every certificate. Every achievement medal. Every school. Every promotion in rank. If they are wounded or killed in action, we expect the thanks of a grateful nation. We expect the Commander in Chief not to look at his watch during the Dignified Transfer Movement. We expect the Commander in Chief to come to the hospital to pin the Purple Heart on our loved ones’ gown. We don’t expect those in the Chain of Command to just flip “over for the next chapter”. I cannot begin to imagine the pain these families are going through. My mind won’t go there.
People like Joe, Kamala, Lloyd and the rest of this Administration remind of what F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote in The Great Gatsby:
“They were careless people, Tom and Daisy- they smashed up things and creatures and then retreated back into their money or their vast carelessness or whatever it was that kept them together, and let other people clean up the mess they had made.”

Mark Schmitz, the Gold Star father of Marine Lance Corporal Jared Schmitz, said Biden and Harris have “treated the withdrawal from Afghanistan like the plague.”
“They have stayed as far away from us as they possibly can,” he said. “Seeing that today was the wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington, I’m not surprised in the least that neither one of them would show up.”
Kamala and Joe leave the mess for other people to clean up and support these families. Remember last month, Herman and Alicia Lopez, parents of Cpl. Hunter Lopez killed at Abbey Gate, read all thirteen names of those killed. The attendees of the Republican National Convention called back the name of each service member.
They couldn’t do anything like that at the DNC. It would have harshed their brat joy.

For the families of those killed and for those wounded, this pain and anger is exponential. That Joe and Kamala can’t be bothered multiplies the pain and anger.

Scott says: Condolences and blessings to the families of the fallen and the injured. Hopefully they’ve gotten past hoping for any of the clowns responsible to show up, talk to them, take responsibility, or do pretty much anything appropriate, and have come to terms with the fact that they will do nothing but hide and lie like the cowards they are.

The Politifact link you shared does not support your claim re “stupid bastards.” Yes, Biden said it, but in context of the video and by those who were there, it was clearly said in jest. Or maybe you were just attempting to gaslight away from Trump and his “suckers and losers” comment re: service members?
As for the wreath laying, members of Trump’s team may have broken the law with the stunt. From the article, according to Arlington National Cemetary: “‘Federal law prohibits political campaign or election-related activities within Army National Military Cemeteries, to include photographers, content creators or any other persons attending for purposes, or in direct support of a partisan political candidate’s campaign.’”
Not surprising behavior, all things considered. I wouldn’t expect you to ever admit Dear Leader did anything wrong so I’m guessing you and other writers here will ignore that little tidbit in any future blog posts.

I understand that such ideas are foreign to someone like you and the rest of the dems who puts party above all.
