There are some things so insanely ridiculous we should be forgiven if our first reaction is to dismiss the notion out of hand. A government paying for, and promoting, “booty bumping” kits given to drug addicts so they can inject drugs up their rectum is one of them.

This is Tampon Tim’s Minnesota, after all — adding to all the ways possible for Democrats to maintain power and control. Whether it is turning a blind eye to rampant fraud or funding “booty bumping kits” each containing voter registration material.

How convenient, eh?

Minnesota Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan’s (D.) administration spearheaded the awarding of millions of dollars in grants and contracts to a “harm reduction” group that supplies “booty bumping” kits to drug users to help them safely ingest drugs through “the butthole.”

The controversial funding was part of a $100 million grant—announced by Flanagan and Gov. Tim Walz—for “Minnesotans facing homelessness,” including so-called harm reduction for drug users. In the announcement, Flanagan, now running for Senate, said that “These grants will ensure that everyone can access the supports they need to find and secure safe, stable housing.” (snip)

A key “harm reduction” offering from Southside (Harm Reduction Services) is free lube and other supplies to help users in the “booty bumping” scene to ingest all kinds of drugs—including heroin, meth, and ketamine—”through the rectum (anus, butthole).” Southside is also required by the state of Minnesota to give the junkies voter registration materials.

Dem Senate candidate Peggy Flanagan and Gov. Tim Walz steered taxpayer money to Booty Bumping kits so drug users could take meth and heroin up the butthole, according to the Washington Free Beacon.

The rectum kits were reportedly part of a $100 million grant.

The "boofing" kits come with free lube and a pamphlet with step-by-step instructions on how to shove drugs up your butt.

"These grants will ensure that everyone can access the supports they need to find and secure safe, stable housing," Flanagan said of the ‘Minnesotans facing homelessness’ grants.

Minnesota has given Southside Harm Reduction Services $7.9 million in the past few years, as reported by the Washington Free Beacon.

The nonprofit provides "harm reduction" supplies like the booty bumping kits so drug users can "safely" ingest drugs through the rectum.

"Try to poop before. This is so your drugs are absorbed better. Stand, squat, or lay on your side in a comfortable position. It never hurts to have a boofing buddy!" Southside Harm Reduction Services says in the instructions.

Tampon Tim’s wingman, Lt. Gov Peggy Flanagan is currently running for the Senate and nothing she has said or done during her campaign indicates she has changed her mind on doing anything different from the Democrat policies leading to Minnesota’s record of fraud …

Flanagan and Walz awarded hundreds of millions of dollars to Feeding Our Future, a nonprofit group that orchestrated a kickback scheme with dozens of Somali nationals to defraud a state-funded food distribution program.

“This historic fraud happened under her watch, and suddenly, she’s looking out for Medicaid and SNAP? Sell it to someone else, Peggy,” Flanagan’s GOP opponent Michele Tafoya said at a debate last week.

… or putting illegal alien criminals before Americans …

There’s a reason “voter registration material” is mandated in Booty Bumping Kits. It’s the reason Democrat GOTV efforts take them to homeless camps, nursing homes and into neighborhoods with a concentration of illegal aliens. It’s called ballot harvesting and fraudulent votes.

With substance abuse and homelessness, there’s a ready-made, dependent populace that can be easily controlled and used. For Democrats, from Gavin Newsom to Peggy Flanagan, drug addicts and the homeless offer a way to play on the sympathies of the middle-class voter with a bonus of thousands of ballots that can be voted to their advantage.

And why would Government really want to actually solve the issue at that point? Harm reduction programs have been around for almost 30 years and there’s nothing to indicate that addiction has been reduced. Indeed, these programs are pretty upfront that getting people clean and sober is not their priority. For them the goal is to reduce negative consequences of substance use and keep people alive, healthy, and connected to care. Harm reduction advocates argue that the addict who is “not ready for sobriety” should still be given a shelter, food, clothing, healthcare, sterile needles, booty kits and safe places to use such paraphernalia … all at taxpayer expense, while also handing these dependents the power to vote to continue their parasitic lifestyle.

Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous are successful because the programs are about empowering addicts to take control of their own lives and to live sober one day at a time.

People of agency are of little use to people like Peggy. That’s why the word abstinence is sneered at by the Left. Doesn’t fit their long-term goals.
