The Soda Jerk is outraged.

Well, for starters, Michael…she should have sent help.  Then not blaming a YouTube video and lying about what really happened would have been appropriate and welcomed.  Especially by the families of the murdered men at Benghazi.

And this:

On Fox News Sunday, committee chair Rep. Trey Gowdy suggested Clinton was derelict for not pulling diplomats out of Benghazi after every other Western nation had done so.

‘Why were we still in Benghazi?’ he asked. ‘The British ambassador was almost assassinated. Our facility was attacked twice. There were multiple episodes of violence. We were the last flag flying in Benghazi and I would like to know why.’

Yes, why indeed.  So many questions…and not one relates to a YouTube video.

If Bloomberg and all the other apologists for Hillary Clinton believe that Benghazi is a phony scandal, why aren’t they ecstatic  and positively giddy Republicans are taking a great political risk by investigating the massacre of American citizens, including an ambassador?  If criticisms of Hillary Clinton are “totally unfounded”, why would Bloomberg and others be so outraged about an investigation?   Let the truth fly, Mikey!

But most of us already know the answer to those two questions.

I trust that Mr. Gowdy and the committee will indeed prove (the total opposite of “unfounded”) that the abandonment and murder of Americans is the result of, at best, amateurs in charge of the State Department or, at worst, deliberate and diabolical deceit in order to protect political providence and Obama.   I’m going with the latter.

Hey, Bloomberg…it’s too late to ask us to speculate what Hillary should have done.  But’s it’s not too late for Trey Gowdy and Company to do what IS expected of our elected officials that are sworn into office to defend and protect American citizens.
