New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and Hillary Clinton joined forces this morning to hype his “Reproductive Justice” bill. What is this bill you ask? This bill will legalize all aspects of abortion. It’s something that Hillary has been pushing for decades.
This year, the New York legislature has, seemingly, enough champions in its corner that an amendment to the state Constitution will ensure that abortion is fully legal and no criminal penalties will be assessed. Cuomo has been trying to get this bill passed since at least 2015. Now he’s hoping to get it done by the end of January.
What does this bill provide?
The bill would allow abortions on viable, late-term unborn babies for any “health” reason and would keep abortion on demand legal in the state if the U.S. Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade.
The Times Union reports the bill would end a decades-old law that would criminalize late-term abortions if Roe is overturned and replace it with new language allowing abortion on demand. State Sen. Liz Krueger, D-Manhattan, is the sponsor. [Emphasis Added]
Yet Hillary and Cuomo among many others are pushing the tired canard of ‘because conservative justices are on the Supreme Court Roe v Wade will be repealed!’ Once again times infinity I point out that there is currently not a case winding its way through the system that even remotely points to Roe v Wade being overturned. But I digress.
Read the above again. This heinous life-killing bill allows women and doctors to perform abortions on demand, and that’s just the start of it.
This bill is heinous and inhumane on every level. Yet here we have Hillary joking about “likability” and championing women’s equality.
No Hillary, Margaret Sanger wasn’t courageous. She was evil and racist. She was always for population control and very clear about her racial prejudices. She is not to be lauded, yet here you are.
New York Senator Andrea Stewart-Cousins (D-Yonkers) has been pushing this legislation since 2007.
“This is only the beginning of the protections that we will have for our women, for our environment, criminal-justice reform, education — the list goes on,” she said Monday. “But in January, the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, we will make our statement, we will make our mark.”
I find it both fascinating and disturbing that Stewart-Cousins, a black woman, is pushing legislation that allows babies to be killed at will. She is pushing legislation essentially designed by a woman who promoted abortion as a way to control the Negro population. Sadly, if one was to point that out to Stewart-Cousins, I’m sure she’d revert to all the talking points espoused by Planned Parenthood and Hillary Clinton.

So, the above tweeter works with the National Infertility organization. Does she not understand what this bill does? It allows babies to be killed at will! That is the very epitome of infertility!!
Hillary then states the following:
“But the struggle for women’s equality is not something simply to be read about in the pages of your history books,” Clinton said. “It continues to be the fight of our lifetime.”
You know what Hillary? It’s a little difficult to accept that you are all for women’s equality when you tout abortion. Abortion is the most UNEQUAL and evil thing ever. Being able to have an abortion whenever you feel like it isn’t equality. It is inhumane and evil. A life is snuffed out because someone chose to have an abortion. Again, there is nothing EQUAL about that.
This Reproductive Justice healthcare legislation should not be allowed to pass. There is no justice in abortion. There is no justice in killing babies at will.
This is yet one more instance in which I am incredibly glad that Hillary Clinton is NOT our President.

I still fail to understand how killing the baby you carry in your womb is a “protection” for women.

Ummm, no. Again, almost all the fights have been won in America (the West, in general). But you can’t have a “moral equivalent of war” if you don’t have grievances still to overcome.
This is one of those areas that drives me to make a distinction between “liberty” and “license”. It is not freedom to be able to kill your child.

Since this would force the closing of Catholic and other hospitals and encourage medical professionals to move to another state, I would say that that would be a major step in any program of self extermination.
Is it enough that a woman’s right to an abortion exists for only 9 months of pregnancy? Shouldn’t there be a termination right of up to x days after the birth? For ex, 90 days, as long as woman has a receipt. Would give a woman more time, without the pressure of being pregnant, to decide if she wants to keep the baby. Using Hillary’s cruel logic, this would be the appropriate next step after NY becomes the abattoir for undesired babies.
While US Supreme Court justices are unlikely to rule against abortions out of fear for their own lives, they will most likely strike down the “zero exemptions for religious hospitals, medical professionals with a conscience” mandate in the law. The First Amendment is supposed to provide some protection for those who find terminating an unborn child as immoral, if not more so, than a wall.

(Note, though, that the fine print on that receipt says that you can’t just take it back to the store. It has to be returned to the manufacturer for refunds and warranty issues. Make of that what you will.)
