Jimmy Carter was only President for four years and 44 years later, after his death, we are still dealing with the damage from those four year (FEMA, the Department of Education, the loss of the Panama Canal). Same with the four year reign of Creepy Joe Biden. The President Trump, Department of Defense Transgender Military Ban has been blocked by Judge Ana Reyes, a Biden appointee and young idiot. We’ll be dealing with her dangerous ideologies for decades to come.

Yesterday morning, Victory Girls’ own Lisa told you about how this Judge Ana Reyes enjoined the Trump Administration from changing in any way the status of Trans people in the military. Lisa wrote:

The transgender military ban has entered the land of perpetual limbo as a federal judge moved to block its implementation yesterday.

The judge, Ana Reyes, an LGBTQ+ judge, appointed by the Joe Biden DEI administration (of course), barred Trump, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and other military officials from implementing the order; stating the plaintiffs’ military statuses must remain unchanged until further order of the court.

Miss Ana is a 14k whackadoodle. Joy Pullman has written a piece for The Federalist: “Valley Girl Federal Judge Cites Broadway Play, Rips Up Constitution In Trans Soldiers Screed”. Every word proves the whackadoodle status for Judge Reyes:

In junior-high “oh, snap” prose with an almost-audible vocal fry, Reyes claims she’s gotten “Crickets from defendants on th[e] key question” of why the Trump administration won’t enlist soldiers so delusional that, unlike even day-old babies, they can’t tell the difference between men and women. Give it another five years — “judges” like her will be inserting GIFs into “opinions” they release via BlueSky.

Ana Cecilia Reyes is a historic judge, according to Wikipedia:

Ana Cecilia Reyes (born 1974) is an Uruguayan-born American lawyer who has served as United States district judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia since 2023. She was nominated to the position by President Joe Biden; and is both the first Latina and the first openly LGBT person to serve as a district court judge in Washington, D.C.

Reyes was born in 1974 in Montevideo, Uruguay.[2] She moved to Spain, and later immigrated to Louisville, Kentucky, as a child.[3][4] After her arrival in the United States, her first-grade teacher helped her learn English. She received media attention in 2020 for reuniting with her first-grade teacher after over forty years.[3]

Reyes graduated from Transylvania University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude. From 1996 to 1997, Reyes worked for Feminist Majority Foundation on its unsuccessful drive to defeat the 1996 California Proposition 209, which sought to prohibit state governmental institutions from considering race, sex, or ethnicity, specifically in the areas of public employment, public contracting, and public education.

She completed her indoctrination at Harvard Law. And her partner is part of the D.C. grift:

Here is another important part from Joy Pullman’s Federalist piece:

The founders also didn’t believe “liberty” means “I get to do whatever I want.” They believed it means “free to do what is right.” Everyone with a conscience understands it’s irrational and evil to put men who bill taxpayers for “neovaginas” in charge of airplanes, machine guns, and cannons. This isn’t republican liberty, it’s demonic suicide. Any judge who doesn’t understand these truly Constitution 101 concepts should be run off the bench as a threat to American lives, liberties, and happiness.

Reyes further claims Americans with gender dysphoria have a “constitutional right” to serve in the U.S. military. First, tell that to the Americans with ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, poor eyesight, heart trouble, epilepsy, diabetes, asthma, allergies, and numerous other mental and physical health conditions that disqualify them from enlisting.

Not do the gender dysphoria types do not have a “Constitutional Right” to serve in the military. The military has not duty to take them. It doesn’t matter how much the person wanted to serve or how many times they promised Dad they would serve. In this story, the first human, promised Dad but “transitioned” before enlisting at age 38. The second being is the worst female up talker I have heard lately, but assume the being identifies as a man rather than a lesbian. Remember the olden days when the joke was if the military wanted you to have a wife, they would have issued you one? The halcyon days:

The whackadoodles are every. They are in the military, on the bench, teaching in the schools and working in government. The second person in the video said that those against trans in the military are uneducated or have not interacted with trans people. I, for one, am both educated and have known trans people since my teenage years. I know that service to your country requires sacrifice that requires you to put that service above all else in your life. If you can’t do that, you SHOULD NOT even consider a military career. The sooner you get out, the better for the rest of the service members.

This judge needs to have her mind opened.
