In case you missed it, ahead of last week’s grand jury decision in the Wilson/Brown case, the New Black Panthers were caught planning to bomb the Gateway Arch and assassinate Police Chief Tom Jackson and prosecutor Bob McCulloch. But, hold on to your hat, those involved are not being charged with a terrorist plot and conspiracy to commit murder like just about any other citizen would be. Nope. The two members involved will only be indicted on minor gun charges. Now who, you might ask, is behind this? Well, the esteemed head of our Department of (In)Justice, Eric Holder, of course. The very same man who is hell bent on publicly lynching Officer Darren Wilson for defending himself after having been attacked and bludgeoned by the Gentle Giant and strong-arm thief, Michael Brown.
Former Department of Justice official, J. Christian Adams, weighed in on the DOJ’s non-prosecution of what amounts to a plot to attack our nation:
“I have always been perplexed why these guys get special treatment,” said Adams, who worked in the Justice Department Civil Rights Division.
Perhaps because the Obama Administration tends to sympathize with them? And needs them to help further fan racial division and obfuscation of their role in the sad state of our country today?
And the DOJ’s response? Well, transparent, as always:
Justice Department spokesman Marc Raimondi declined to comment on the Black Panther bomb plot and would not say whether additional charges in the case are pending.
By the way, the only thing that reportedly stopped these geniuses from carrying out their plan was that their EBT cards ran dry. Yes, really. Our tax dollars are funding these pieces of excrement.
Now, you’ll remember a similar treatment by the DOJ toward the New Black Panthers when they did this back in 2008:
Yep. The New Black Panthers holding billy clubs in front of a polling station in Philly on Election Day saw no federal charges for blatant voter intimidation. They were essentially given a wink and a nod to continue with their racist, Communist agenda. For the New Black Panthers, death and destruction are apparently an acceptable means to an end, tacitly embraced by the current Attorney General and his boss.
So, the most political, self-described activist Attorney General in our nation’s history is once again showing his bias in favor of those who would do our nation harm. Is it any wonder that Barack Obama is so very fond of him? Perhaps we should ask Bill Ayers.
I’m not surprised, and I doubt anyone else is either.

Nope. Par for the Obama Admin’s course.
I suppose it could be worse. Holder could appoint the New Black Panthers as his Gestapo to police the entire nation.
I’d laugh if that weren’t so incredibly plausible.
We must have humor in these grim times. Otherwise, we’d all go nuts.
By the way-Holder is sure living up to his name. He was supposed to give up the job yet there he is, still holding it. Probably until the lord his Obama is finally out of office.
Equality under the law is a fairy tale.

Not true, Jodi. They faced charges and were at the point of conviction when the new DOJ folks dropped the prosecution. Which, in my mind, is a step worse than merely failing to charge them at all.
No doubt, Eric The Black has deemed further appropriate prosecution of these NBPP terrorist wannabes would upset his (“my”) people, in his job as Attorney General of Black Ameri—- oh, wait, I just remembered, he’s took an oath accepting the office of Attorney General of the UNITED STATES making everyone “his people” to protect and serve.
Silly me… Easy mistake to make.
