Judge Tanya Chutkan dismissed the case that Special Persecutor Jack Smith brought against President Donald Trump for “election subversion”. “Dismissed without prejudice” which means that the Justice Department can bring the case again in four years. But, cry those dead-enders on The Left, “Justice Delayed is Justice Denied”. To which I say “Sit and spin losers.

Jack Smith remained confident in his case right to the bitter end. Judge Chutkan didn’t seem want to dismiss the case either.

A judge on Monday granted a request by prosecutors to dismiss the election subversion case against Donald Trump because of a Justice Department policy of not prosecuting a sitting president.

Judge Tanya Chutkan agreed to the request by Special Counsel Jack Smith to dismiss the case against the president-elect “without prejudice,” meaning it could potentially be revived after Trump leaves the White House four years from now.

“Dismissal without prejudice is appropriate here,” Chutkan said, adding in the ruling that “the immunity afforded to a sitting President is temporary, expiring when they leave office.”

Trump, 78, was accused of conspiring to overturn the results of the 2020 election he lost to Joe Biden and removing large quantities of top secret documents after leaving the White House, but the cases never came to trial.

Trump didn’t believe the vote counts were real. 81 million votes for Biden? Puh-leeze. Trump didn’t believe that the middle of the night voting anomalies were real. He couldn’t believe that no judge was going to hear the case because he “didn’t have standing”. I didn’t believe all that either. There was not an insurrection or election subversion. Except in The Left’s collective mind.

Jail, as noted by J.D. Vance, was the only acceptable outcome for Trump according to The Left.

Smith looks a little too excited as he announces that Trump was charged with conspiring to defraud the United States, disenfranchise voters, and attempting to obstruct an official proceeding. Nothing makes us MAGA types happier than watching those lawfare cheetahs lose. The Left was so sure that they would get Trump and that his friends, family and voters would turn on him. They probably helped him win this Presidential Election.

Judge Chutkan and Jack Smith, bad as they are, are not the real bad guys here. Joe Biden, Merrick Garland and the minions of the Deep State are the true evil in our government. Chutkan and Smith are small “b” bad guys. Joe Biden, dementia and all, has been mean and ugly for 50 years.

Steve Bannon looks pretty darn good. Donald Trump looks better and happier too. They are people who sleep good at night because they haven’t gone after good people.
