We finally made it through the four days of the Democratic National Convention. Celebrities were front and center, but everyone highly anticipated seeing Beyonce, the Queen Bee herself.
It should not astonish me that these fools thought Beyonce would attend their festival of follies. But they really did think she was going to show.
The rest of us know it was only a ploy to get eyeballs on the night of Kamala’s acceptance speech. This X post had all of the Victory Girls laughing last night.
Worst Beyoncé concert ever!

If you want a more detailed review of last night’s show, Victory Girl Nina‘s blog post nicely wraps it up.
I don’t know about y’all, but I have never witnessed such a display of contradiction, manipulation, and a manufactured lovefest for one Kamala Harris. No wonder they needed to tease the people with the possibility of a giant mega-star like Beyonce showing up. Oprah and Pink weren’t cutting it.
It seems like the Democrats pulled a con job on their attendees and the media when they teased that there was going to be a “special guest” on the final night of the Democratic National Convention. Vice President Kamala Harris finally accepted the nomination in front of an animated audience, who were also waiting for three possible guests: former President George W. Bush, Taylor Swift, or Beyonce. The rumor mill started when former CNN host Don Lemon dropped this bomb yesterday.
[…]The special guest was finally revealed at the end: Kamala Harris. Safe to assume that this fake news was leaked to pack the hall. What a clown show. – Townhall
I wonder what exotic place George Clooney slinked off to, and where is all that money he raised for Joe Biden with the help of Julia Roberts, Jimmy Kimmel, and Barbra Streisand? The Democrats do love their celebrities, and they make a great team to produce make-believe for the American people.
Instead, we are left with the celebrities-in-their-own-mind, Democratic politicians who Douglas Murray says deserve Oscars.
The Democratic National Convention in Chicago this week was one heck of a production. Less like a normal political convention and more like a glitzy Hollywood one.
With a host of A-list celebrities and B-list politicians, it felt most like the Oscars. – Douglas Murray, New York Post
Indeed, Boozy Pelosi wins the award for Best Actress. But what cracked me up the most was Murray’s cheeky Best Animated Feature award for Joe Biden.
I mean, come on, you know, sometimes you have to laugh to keep from cryin’.
The gossip rag TMZ first reported that Beyonce would perform for the DNC attendees. And obviously, they had to come clean after the “no-show.”
TMZ has acknowledged falsely reporting that Beyoncé would be taking the stage at Thursday’s Democratic National Convention.
On Thursday, the celebrity gossip outlet claimed that the “Alien Superstar” hitmaker was set to perform before Vice President Kamala Harris accepted the Democratic presidential nomination inside Chicago’s United Center.
However, the site was forced to come clean over its inaccurate report as the event wrapped up without the 32-time Grammy winner in sight. – New York Post
Whoever planted that little piece of falsehood is a genius. Because they wanted to end the fourth night with the biggest viewership of the previous three days of the DNC.
For the third night in a row, the Democratic National Convention drew more than 20 million viewers, according to Nielsen.
Wednesday’s on-stage lineup included stars like John Legend and Oprah Winfrey and a keynote address from Vice Presidential nominee Tim Walz.
Nearly 20.2 million viewers tuned in Wednesday night, compared to 20.8 million Tuesday night and 20 million Monday night, Nielsen said in a Thursday release. By comparison, the third night of the Republican National Convention in July drew nearly 18 million viewers. – USA Today
Of course, Kamala took the stage to give us her speech, in which she accepted her installment as the next Democratic ruler.
If you haven’t watched her drivel on with nothing but platitudes and soundbites, here it is in its entirety if you can stomach it.
Well, now that this week is over, we can move on, please. What do you think will happen next with both campaigns? We have the debate coming up next month. Then there is the possible but probable announcement of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. dropping out of the race. But will he team up with Donald Trump? Comments are open, baby dolls.
It’s hard to believe that elections are only 74 more days until we vote. Let the rubber meet the road.
