This is in sharp contrast to psychopaths and other more straightforward Anti-Social Psychological Complexes, who rarely if ever feel shame and even when they do it is usually because they (somehow) have been convinced or pushed to feel it undermines their own sense of themselves.

Narcissists – especially malignant Narcissists- do not deal with shame in a healthy way or like most people do, but they absolutely do feel shame.
