Justice Breyer appeared with Fraud-in-Chief Biden this morning, and after yesterday one wonders how no bruises were showing, to “announce” his retirement, timing it politically for the mid-terms. That is something the GOP needs to keep in mind as the Left is baiting them into a fight.

Let’s first get a few things out of the way where it concerns Creepy Joe and his handlers. Joe needs to be in a home and no rational person (which of course excludes most Democrats) believes he is doing anything but mouthing the lines fed to him by the Obama-retreads in “his” administration.

At the end of his event, Biden handed Justice Breyer his mask, which Breyer then put in his pocket, and Biden walked away maskless.

And contrary to the Reagan did it, too apparatchik drumbeat, no Reagan did not promise to consider only women for his SCOTUS vacancy.

Reagan never pledged to only consider women and in fact considered non-female candidates for the first vacancy. One of the leading contenders was Judge Lawrence Pierce, an African American trial court judge. Newsweek and other media sites listed an array of males being actively considered including Robert Bork, Dallin H. Oaks, Malcolm R. Wilkey, Philip B. Kurland, and Edwin Meese III.

So, what are we left with? A Biden pledge that the Leftwing is eager to exploit … not because FirstEvahBlackFemale to SCOTUS but for two reasons.

One, the nominee will be as far-Left, extreme Progressive as Obama feels can get all 50 Democrat Senators on board and – Two, will use such an associate justice’s melanin and genitals as an inviolable shield against any future criticism. Especially if the justice turns out to be as ignorant as Wise Latina Sotomayer.

Now, before we get to the advice, let’s face a few facts here as the mid-terms approach with the House in Pelosi’s talons and the Senate in a 50/50 split.

Justice Breyer has been nothing but a loyal member of SCOTUS’ hard-left wing. Any replacement vomited up by Biden’s handlers will just be replacing one Judge unbounded by Constitutional restraints by another.

GOP doesn’t have the votes to keep the nominee out. Face it, eGOP has their willing squishes in Romney*, Murkowski and Collins. And while Democrats Manchin and Sinema defied their party on maintaining the filibuster, they will not do so concerning a SCOTUS pick. The numbers are not in the GOPs favor at all. A nasty, drawn-out floor fight over a leftwinger replacing a leftwinger will have consequences come November. It will galvanize Democrats to come to the polls (and cheat harder) to keep Congress in Democrat control.

*in regards to Romney – we can’t help recall the derision and across-the-board hatred heaped on him during his 2012 Presidential campaign when he brought up the efforts he took in vetting qualified women. Binders full of women was somehow disqualifying. Not that it will keep o’Mitt from licking Chuck Schumer’s ankles.

The Democrats don’t want a quick confirmation that will be forgotten by November. No, they want sound, fury and a lot of out-of-context clips from Republicans they can use to smear GOP candidates.

Granted, the Democrats are in an unenviable position if the best get out the vote message they can summon up is ‘okay, we screwed up a bunch of stuff and really didn’t get anything done for you, but the other guys are worse.’ But it’s a message they’ll try to drive home anyway.

No matter how bad the Left’s scorched-earth approach to governing has been for the past year, Republicans could easily snatch defeat from the jaws of victory if they decide to give Democrats what they want. Our advice is what Kenny Roger’s gave in The Gambler

The GOP has got to take the advice and walk away from the hearings and let the Democrats do what they want. Let them confirm Biden’s racist, sexist pick with 50 + a squish or two and get on with taking back the American government for Americans. The Left looks at SCOTUS not as a check or balance on their agenda, but a super-legislature willing to make new Progressive Law as they see fit. … or even Creepy Joe himself – back in 2005 when he threatened to filibuster Circuit Court Judge Janice Rogers Brown [oh look! a dark female!] if she was nominated to replace Sanda Day O’Connor for SCOTUS

A circuit court judge is bound by stare decisis. They don’t get to make new law.

We need to always remember that the Left isn’t interested in anything but seizing and holding power. They are never sincere about Constitutional niceties or Marquis of Queensbury rules.

For once, we need to remember that and act according to sage advice.
