The situation is fluid, but here is what we know as of right now (no confirmation except via media):
– 20 people are reported shot, 12 are reported dead
– one to three active shooters reported
– shooters were dressed in “black masks”
– The area has a service center for disabled people, the Inland Regional Service Center.

– Planned Parenthood in San Bernardino has been contacted by the media and confirmed that they are NOT involved.
The media is speculating that multiple shooters mean that this was a planned attack.

Inland Regional Center’s Facebook page says it employs nearly 670 staff at its facilities in San Bernardino and Riverside counties, providing services to more than 30,200 people.
It aims to “work on a personal, one-on-one basis with people with developmental disabilities to make their lives better as they define it.”
Employees at the center are contacting family members and reporting multiple casualties.

This one sounds like a disgruntled worker at first blush. But odd to have helpers in that case. Otherwise, no idea on why that place would be targeted.
The FB profile photo you posted is not the same person. The only think he shared in common with the killer is his last name and the fact that he lived in CA.
Very unfortunate that everyone was in such a mad rush to publish a story that they didn’t bother to vet their sources. And now this guy’s image, along with his children, is circulating around the internet, identifying him as a terrorist.
And it is truly a shame that media ran with this guys images when it wouldn’t have taken anyone with half a brain to look at this guys FB page and see that he was not the same person.
