White Lives Matter to Ye

White Lives Matter to Ye and Candace Owens. The pair arrived in style for the Paris Fashion Week. Both were decked-out in the matching tees that had the words White Lives Matters boldly displayed on the back.

Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) brought Candace Owens as a guest to a surprise Yeezy Season 9 fashion show in Paris.

Let’s first get to why Ye brought Candace Owens to the show before we talk about what they wore.

Could it be that Candace was Ye’s special guest at his show because Owens recently spoke about Ye’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian on her podcast?  In an episode, Owens blasted the infamous influencer (and other celebrities) for their semi-pornographic material that stays on Instagram.

There is nothing like showing up to a party with the ire of your adversary on your arm and wearing it on your back too.

It’s not the first time Ye and Owens have been together. Remember Blexit’s teeshirt fiasco? I guess the duo have made amends with one another.

Now, about these White Lives Matter shirts.

Words. Do they really matter? Black Lives Matter, White Lives Matter, Blue Lives Matter, All Lives Matter. There is a group for everything these days. Everyone wants to be inclusive but only with their specific group.

Once upon a time, we had a dream that people would not be judged by the color of their skin.

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. – Martin Luther King Jr.

One might say that Ye’s appearance in a White Lives Matter teeshirt is simply an act of defiance, a confrontation of the silliness of grouping everyone into skin-toned categories.

Jericho  Green has a few words to say about the show too. Language warning, because you know, it’s Jericho Green.

According to Ye’s Instagram account:

“Everyone knows that Black Lives Matter was a scam,” he wrote in a text post. “Now [it’s] over. You’re welcome.”- Newsweek.

I cannot keep up with all the social media backlash over the appearance of Ye and Candace Owens in White Lives Matter shirts. It is crazy non stop pile-on after pile-on so I’ll just leave you with the latest Tweet embed.

It is getting ugly out there ya’ll.

I agree with this entire article. The BLM has been a sham from day one. It amazes me that they were part of having history removed when it comes to anything white but let’s not forget the years of slavery…..that’s off limits to forget.
Their agenda isn’t not equality, it’s superiority.
It’s time to remember all of the last in order to make a better future for everyone.
