The 41st March for Life will be Wednesday, January 22, 2014, in Washington, D.C.  In this post, we will have the live feed of the Rally and the March.  The Rally will begin at 12:00 noon eastern (9:00 am pacific time) at the Washington National Mall.  The March will begin after the Rally and will go up Constitution Avenue to the Supreme Court Building on Capitol Hill.  The theme for this year’s March for Life is adoption.

Because of the extreme weather right now in D.C., several parts of the schedule have been changed or cancelled.  Check below for the most recent changes.  If you participate, dress appropriately – lots of layers, warm gloves, socks, shoes.

MAIN EVENTS SCHEDULE

**Schedule changed on 1/21/2014 due to extreme weather.  All participants encouraged to wear as many layers as possible and cover extremities. Be prepared for freezing weather.**

The warm-up concert previously scheduled for 11:15 has been changed.  Instead the music will open and close the rally which will begin at 12:00 noon. (all times listed below are eastern)

12:00 noon (eastern time) – March for Life Rally at the Washington National Mall.  Speakers will include Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA), Rep. Dan Lipinski (D-IL), Dr. James Dobson and his son, Ryan Dobson, Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ), Rep. Vicky Hartzler (R-MO), and Washington State Democratic Legislator Roger Freeman.  The rally will open and close with music featuring Matt Maher, contemporary Christian music artist and songwriter.

12:45 p.m. (approximately) – Immediately following the rally, the March will follow its route up Constitution Avenue to the Supreme Court Building on Capitol Hill.  

After the march, participants are encouraged to visit their elected officials in Congress to advocate for life.

National Prayer Service: 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., Constitution Hall.

Silent No More Awareness Campaign Testimonies:  Immediately following the March on the steps of the Supreme Court Building.

March for Life Rose Dinner:  Reception at 6:00 p.m. , Dinner at 7:00 p.m. on January 22, 2013.  Ryan Bomberger of the Radiance Foundation will be the keynote speaker.

Exhibitor Show (sold out for exhibitors) is open to the public.  There is no charge to attend.  It will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21st and 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. on January 22nd.
