The 60th Inauguration Is For Donald Trump

The 60th inauguration is here, decked out with the grandiose theme: “Our Enduring Democracy: A Constitutional Promise.” Surprisingly, even the left-leaning liberal media plans to cover it! You can catch the proceedings live on ABC, CBS, CNN, CSPAN, NBC, Fox News, and PBS. Guess miracles do happen!

Of course, the liberal media is going to cover it—it’s the Inauguration, after all. But this one is different. Not just because Donald Trump has been elected again but because of why he was elected and everything he endured to get here.

This isn’t a historic event in the sense that Democrats like to throw the word around — to laud their ability to elevate people of certain immutable characteristics or proclivities to positions of power. No serious person gives a rip about that stuff.

No, this is a truly historic ripple in the timeline of human events. A man who has been so loathed, reviled, hunted, attacked, demeaned, even shot at, has beaten the odds and — for only the second time in U.S. history — been re-elected POTUS after an absence from the White House. – PJ Media

Loathed by who, exactly? Not by the everyday, hardworking American. No, it’s the elites, the swamp, and the media who despise him. The lawfare that was thrown his way, Alvin Bragg making up nonsense, corrupt judges, all the swamp dwellers who lied about January 6th—and let’s not forget the assassination attempts. Will we ever see investigations into those?

The last four years have been something to watch, for sure. But here we are. We’ll witness Donald J. Trump being sworn in as our 47th President in just eight days. Amen. And thank you, God.

You aren’t human if you don’t shed a tear in gratitude and thankfulness. Okay, maybe it is just me who will be all sappy that day.

So, what kind of unusual or out-of-the-ordinary things should we expect to see during the Inauguration? Well, maybe not so unusual will be the media, who won’t be able to resist throwing in phrases like “convicted felon” into every sentence they utter, no matter how hard they try to mask it with their usual spin.

We don’t know yet who might perform at the Inauguration. In past years, we’ve seen a parade of big-name celebrities show off their stuff. But who needs celebrities at Donald Trump’s Inauguration when he himself is the larger-than-life icon? Besides, Kamala proved that we’re not fans of celebrity faces hogging the spotlight or pushing politics.

Melania

And let’s be real—we all know what everyone’s waiting for, right? Melania Trump and what she’ll be wearing. I can barely hold it in. I’m calling it now: she’ll rock a stunning winter white ensemble. For extra flair, how amazing would it be if she wore a chic Zhivago-style hat, complete with fur? YES! A subtle but oh-so-satisfying nod to all the critics.

When Donald Trump was first elected President his wife Melania was ‘shunned’ by major fashion houses wary of being associated with his ‘toxic’ brand of politics.

Former fashion model Melania ended up wearing a £5,500 powder blue cashmere dress and bolero by the American designer Ralph Lauren to her husband’s January 2017 inauguration – one of the few designers who offered to create an outfit out of respect for the office of the presidency. How times have changed.

The Mail on Sunday understands Melania, 54, is being swamped by offers of free designer clothing from nearly every major US fashion house and European couture icons including Versace and Christian Dior in advance of her husband’s inauguration on January 20. – Daily Mail

My, how times have changed. Whatever Melania decides to wear, we can be sure of one thing—she’ll look absolutely gorgeous and exude nothing but class.

Attendees

The next question on everyone’s minds might be who is attending as far as world leaders go. It looks like Trump has invited a lot of them.

First off, it’s not surprising that some foreign leaders are showing up—though it’s not typical for heads of state to attend U.S. inaugurations. Most countries send diplomats, not the actual leaders. But that doesn’t mean there won’t be some notable names in the crowd.

Here’s a quick rundown of the world leaders who’ve been invited:

  • Xi Jinping, the President of China, has been invited but will send a high-ranking representative in his place.
  • Giorgia Meloni, the Prime Minister of Italy, will be there.
  • Javier Milei, the President of Argentina, is also on the guest list.
  • Nayib Bukele, President of El Salvador, will be attending.
  • Former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro will make an appearance.
  • Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, is coming too.

It’s interesting to see who’s coming and who’s not, but at the end of the day, Trump himself is the star of the show. Whether the international guests are there to celebrate or to observe, it’s clear the world’s eyes will be on this event. And it’ll be a moment to remember!

Also in attendance, who have been invited are David Dutch and James Copenhaver, who were wounded in the assassination attempt on Donald Trump during his Butler, Pennsylvania, rally in July 2024.
