Sheryl Crow – Tennessee Is A Hard Place For Her

Tennessee doesn’t make her happy. In fact, Sheryl Crow struggles, and Tennessee is a hard place for her as a Progressive. She contacts her Congressweenie Andy Ogles and one of her Senators, Marsha Blackburn, every day, according to her. We’ll discuss that in a minute. Nashville isn’t a truly Conservative city. It isn’t as out of control Left as Memphis, but it certainly isn’t Knox County. May I remind you that Glenn Jacobs (Kane) is my mayor. Why do these people move to Red States if they don’t care for them?

When last we mentioned Miss Crow, it was mid-February and she was selling her Tesla to protest DOGE. If her life weren’t about virtue signaling, Sheryl Crow would realize that it’s just a bleeding car. The car transports you from Point A to Point B. That’s it. That’s all.
BUT, when your car is the avatar for your character, you can’t have it around reminding you of your failure.

In an April interview with Variety “Sheryl Crow on Settling Down but Still Fighting the Power in Nashville: ‘I Call My Representatives Every Single Morning’”, Crow told the interviewer:

More alarming was the far right’s response to the video she posted of her Tesla being towed away. “This feels different, because when I came out against Walmart carrying guns [in a 1996 song], not everybody was armed — and certainly I didn’t live in Tennessee, where everybody is armed. So yeah, there was a moment where I actually really felt very afraid: A man got on my property, in my barn, who was armed. It doesn’t feel safe when you’re dealing with people who are so committed.”

More people were armed in Los Angeles, than let on. Sheryl Crow never saw the movie L.A. Story with the L.A. Freeway reloading scene. In Middle (Nashville) and East (Knoxville) Tennessee people are armed but they are not crazy. In Memphis, they are armed and crazy and THAT is committed.

Dearest Art Candee – I will always condemn breaking into someone’s property, armed or not. Eff all the way off.

Sheryl Crow has been in Tennessee approximately 18 years, according to her. BUT, she is not a Tennessean, in any way. She said:

“Tennessee is a hard place for me. I mean, I struggle,” she admits. “I call my representatives [in Congress] every single morning — Andy Ogles and Marsha Blackburn hear from me every day — because we have to stand up and be vocal and fight for the future for our kids.”

Wait — their offices get voicemails every weekday from Sheryl Crow? She nods and smiles. “I do think, ’Are they laughing?’ But it’s like what Jimmy Carter said: As long as there’s legal bribery, we won’t ever have fair elections. So we have to keep raising our voices and showing up to these organized rallies.”

Crow as a teacher, so she should know this stuff. Andy Ogles is her Congressweenie. She only gets one. Marsha Blackburn is a Tennessee Senator as is Bill Hagerty because every state gets two Senators.

Crow is in Nashville. That’s fine. Stay there. There are plenty of virtue signaling phonies there. Here in Knoxville, in the shadow of the Great Smoky Mountains, we bleed Volunteer Orange. Go Vols.

To be fair, at least in Ogles’ case, they didn’t know that we was writing them.

We say “Go Vols” and Sheryl should stay in her own part of the state an virtue signal all she wants.

Ms.Crow just been torched, byed and goned.

when I came out against Walmart carrying guns
Which is why we all know she’s a brain-dead Progressive. This is on top of us thinking her a brain-dead celebrity for thinking her song should have influence… because she wrote a song.

So yeah, there was a moment where I actually really felt very afraid: A man got on my property, in my barn, who was armed.
    I will give you that.
But I will also insist that this is WHY we carry firearms. So we don’t have to hide in our house and cry until the cops get there.
(BTW, is that where you keep your big, black horse?)

I will always condemn breaking into someone’s property
I will, too. If it is true.
Also, I will shoot the moron who breaks into my property. Because I exercise my 2d Amendment rights at home and ‘abroad.’

it’s like what Jimmy Carter said
OK, you’re quoting the peanut farmer-submariner who was the worst president in the last 80 years, until Biden. You definitely lost any sympathy at that point. Sheesh.

Crow is in Nashville. That’s fine. Stay there.
C’mon, Toni. Why should she continue to inflict herself on the good people in that part of the state? Don’t the good people there have a right to be free of her fear-mongering and celebrity-totalitarianism? Give those people a break, Toni.

I’ll agree there are many worse things about Nashville than Ms. Crow.

The music executives pushing Nashville “country” music (pop with a twang) and Country Rap, for one.

    • Toni Williams says:

We need a big beautiful wall to keep them out of East Tennessee.

  • This is the part when I ask why she’s got her .45 on so she can rock on, if she doesn’t like guns?
