Michelle Obama’s Pants

Michelle Obama’s Pants

I make no apologies. This woman could have any designer on the planet dress her and she chooses Tacky-R-Us. Simply more proof that you are either born with style or not.

If you want to see a bigger pic and take a poll on whether Michelle Obama’s pants are ‘Rad or Bad’ you can go here. Me? I just think they are crazy ugly.

Wow. A woman her size and photographed as much as she is shouldn’t wear light color bottoms. It’s just not flattering.

  • Lizzi says:

You know she could have someone work with her to find a style that works best with her body type. Lots of women don’t know what works best for them. They need coaching. She represents our country and takes our taxpayer money for her activities. The least she could do is represent us well, with class, instead of so damn ghetto-chic.

Hell. First thing this morning, I coulda done without that picture at all. No thankee on the bigger version.

A mule in a tuxedo is still a mule.

“Mule” … “Ghetto Chic” … “A woman her size” … “Takes our taxpayer money” … “Thunder Thighs Mobama battles Sheeba the Snake Lady” … It is horrifying to see how others treat people. I make no excuses or apologies for everything that has been said about Mrs. Reagan or Mrs. Bush I & II form the liberal perspective. We need to raise the debate to a higher level versus attacking people for how they look. The First Lady (no matter what party her husband hails from) cannot win. If she went to a designer and paid more than a dress on clearance at a Ross store, she would be vilified for wasting “our” money. I realize this is a blog and people have the right to say whatever they want; if you want to have the opportunity to engage others that don’t share your views in order to improve our country for the better, you need to raise the level of debate.

kevin do you like her outfit? she does gets a clothing allowance from taxpayers to represent us at functions. i think she has bad taste — seriously.

  • Kevin says:

Because someone has “bad taste” does not mean they should be publically flogged. I actually don’t mind her pants. It’s her boots I hate. I can’t stand when women wear those baggy boots. I see them so often it drives me crazy.

Here’s the point … “Those” women like their baggy boots. Who the F**K am I to say to them (or publically post a blog saying how trashy they look) critizing them about their choice of clothes.

My first comment … “We need to raise the level of debate.” Picking on the First Lady’s choice of pants does what? What’s the purpose of the comment? Is there anything productive or beneficial that comes out of such comments? I (and you as well) work with people all day long that pick fights over stupid stuff like this. I can’t tell you how often my staff steps in to stop each other from picking on others. I’m guessing you and the people you work with do the same.

What would you do if you witnessed someone (a kid) saying to a group (of other kids) …“Mule” … “Ghetto Chic” … “A woman her size” … “Takes our taxpayer money” … “Thunder Thighs Mobama battles Sheeba the Snake Lady” … I would think you or your staff would step in and say, “That’s not appropriate.” We need to set the example.
