The cat is out of the bag. Kamala Harris’s husband, Doug Emhoff, says, “We’re living it,” when asked about the comedy show starring Julia Louis-Drefuss VEEP. It makes me wonder if he has ever watched the show. My guess is no.
During this campaign season, Kamala has decided to trot out the Second Gentleman, Doug Emhoff, to start making the rounds in all public spaces. Kamala knows full well that people like her husband more than her.
Second gentleman Doug Emhoff on Monday likened his life with Vice President Kamala Harris over the last three years to the absurdities that play out on the political satire show “Veep.”
Emhoff, 59, provided the revealing glimpse into his experience at the White House when asked by “Watch What Happens Live” host Andy Cohen if he’s ever watched the award-winning HBO comedy.
“Do you watch ‘Veep’?” Cohen asked Emhoff.
To which the second gentleman responded, “We’re living it.” – The New York Post
Well, well, well. Weird timing, huh? Giving Doug a loose leash to gain public sympathy or empathy to make Kamala likable? Maybe.

Ya’ll, they are preparing Kamala to take over. I’m convinced. And maybe, like Victory Girl Toni wrote recently, perhaps the Deep State has come up with a better plan?
I don’t know, but it is strange how Doug is suddenly popping up everywhere.
Here’s a warm and fuzzy for you from a month ago.
Courtney Subramanian, a reporter for the LA Times, said of Kamala, “She’s a very scripted politician.” HA! Whoever is scripting her needs to be fired. God bless. She’s not any better than the bumbling Joe Biden with her weird word salads.
But I believe the Democrats are frantic right now. Joe can’t go on for four more years; all they have is Kamala when you think about it.
And earlier this morning, The Washington Post (of course) put out a cute little piece touting Kamala as an underrated asset.
Jennifer Rubin writes,
Vice President Harris was never as flawed as her critics made her out to be. From the onset of her term, she maintained a rigorous and effective diplomatic travel schedule and bolstered President Biden’s fight for voting rights. Unlike Biden, she never got ahead of the president on policy. Unlike former vice president Dan Quayle, she never made a late-night-comedy–worthy gaffe. And she has avoided her predecessor’s cringeworthy fawning.
Ms Rubin must be smoking a new kind of crack.
But more and more people are talking about replacing Joe Biden, even with Kamala Harris’s low approval rating. Like polls matter anymore.
On February 13, The Atlantic published an op-ed by Damon Linker, senior lecturer in political science at the University of Pennsylvania, arguing that Democrats “should pick a new presidential candidate now.”
Representative Rashida Tlaib, a Michigan progressive Democrat, was recently criticized for urging voters to withhold support for Biden in her state’s primary election. However, Tlaib did not call for Biden to be replaced by an alternative candidate. – Newsweek
So, will we hear the words, Madam President, being said soon? I mean, we really can’t put it entirely out of our minds as much as we’d like to. Because, after all, Kamala Harris Says ‘What Can Be, Unburdened By What Has Been.

Ummm, that’s generally true of almost anyone. But to say that in this context implies her critics are lying about how venally stupid she is. And that is just laughable. She might not think she’s as stupid as she appears to be, but that just confirms she’s even stupider than that.
Unlike former vice president Dan Quayle, she never made a late-night-comedy–worthy gaffe.

Oh, it’s Jennifer Rubin, reliable regime “conservative”.
I think the cabal feels confident enough they can maintain the fiction for another 4 years with Kamala, based on the last 3 years with Biden. Who needs the President to be competent or capable when they are just there to obscure what’s happening behind the curtain? With 0bama they had someone who could do the soft shoe while they worked. With Biden (whose soft shoe makes even Peter Boyle’s monster in Young Frankenstein look graceful and elegant) they just stuck him on the stage and said “To heck with it; we’ve got the curtain.” They’ll do the same with Kamala. I want to see how long before one of them resorts to the Soviet Umbrella method of removing problematic leaders.
