A few days ago, I blogged about the 1 year anniversary of the Ft. Hood Massacre. Well today, a FB friend of mine pointed this out:
“Nov. 5th, one year ago, a Muslim named Husan massacred Americans at Fort Hood. On the anniversary, President Obama failed to even mention it. WHY? He did feel it necessary a few days later in India to mention the Mumbai Hotel massacre & that America stands in solidity & remembers their tragedy. But he forgets ours. Why?”
Sadly, we all know why.
David says: Yes, we do know. It’s because he’s an idiot. A buffoon. An “American President” with either short-sighted, ill-conceived, incompetent, nefarious or malicious intent. Any of which do not work out well for our Nation.

because when Obama makes a trip, he prefers for it to be an Apology Tour and it would look pretty bad if he was apologizing to his own people let alone in TEXAS!

– Obama did NOT mention this TERRIBLE ATTACK on the anniversary, as stated as fact in the original comment by Kate that this discussion is all about.
– NONE of the posts above that you refer to… NONE of them. N.O.N.E…. say ANYTHING about Islam or Islamophobia. They speak to the SILENCE on the part of this AMERICAN PRESIDENT with respect to this anniversary of the WORST CASE OF TERRORISM against the U.S. Military in HISTORY, save for Pearl Harbor!

He didn’t mention it for one of two reasons.
One: either he flat didn’t remember it, because it happened in America which doesn’t hold any special place in his heart, or,
Two: he remembered it, or was reminded by someone, and he didn’t mention it because it happened in America which doesn’t hold any special place in his heart.
