Just when you thought it could not get too much worse for the Democrat party, it has. A wing of the  Democrat party has been hacked, once again! This time Russian hacker Guccifer 2.0 has published the personal cell phone numbers and personal email addresses of most of the Democrats in the House of Representatives by hacking the #DCCC, which he says was easier than hacking the #DNC!

Pelosi blames the Russians and calls the hack an “electronic Watergate”. I have to say that this is probably the first thing that Nancy Pelosi has ever said that I agree with 100%. At this point I have to wonder out loud, are they trying to provide Russian hackers with an easy entry into their systems? Is that why their internet security resembles Swiss Cheese?

Not only are the Russians making mincemeat of the Democrat party’s internet security they are claiming that the 2016 American election is being “settled behind the scenes”.

“It’s the latest cyber-attack on the Democratic party since WikiLeaks published tens of thousands of hacked emails from inside the DNC and Russian hackers apparently broke into the computers of the Hillary Clinton campaign.

Top Democrats have claimed that Russian intelligence is behind the cyber-attacks as part of an attempt to influence the election.

Documents released appear to include information from U.S. House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi’s computer.”

Whoopsie! So it seems that this latest hack divulged information from Ms. Pelosi’s computer. Hmm, wondering if it exposed plots to foil unionization at her vineyard, yet again? Surely that has been settled some ten years down the line. Perhaps it was Russian Bernie Sanders supporters who are just irked (like so many millennials) that more people were wanting to vote for a candidate with lady parts than an “out” Socialist?

I think that the saddest thing is that I agree with what this hacker wrote on his blog when he posted the Excel spreadsheet containing the personal email addresses and cell phone numbers of the Democrat representatives. From an article in Britain’s Daily Mail:

“As you see the U.S. presidential elections are becoming a farce, a big political performance where the voters are far from playing the leading role.

‘Everything is being settled behind the scenes as it was with Bernie Sanders.

‘I wonder what happened to the true democracy, to the equal opportunities, the things we love the United States for.’

The hacker also urged reporters to contact him through direct messages on Twitter.

‘Dear journalists, you may send me a DM if you’re interested in exclusive materials from the DCCC, which I have plenty of,’ he wrote.”

Now, do I sympathize with Sanders? Certainly not. I abhor Socialism, and frankly laughed when I heard that this “man of the people” just bought a $575K third home with a view of Lake Champlain in Northern Vermont. I do agree, however, that this election cycle has become a farce and an embarrassment with the best Republican field of candidates dwindling down to a reality show star with a bad spray tan.

I do not know what is worse though, the embarrassment I feel at watching this farce play out or the horror I feel at seeing the sheer hypocrisy of those on the left laid bare. The Clinton Foundation has been shown to be little more than a shell operation  that has done little more than enrich its founders.  The “man of the people” Bernie Sanders who talked about his desire to make college educations “free” is married to a woman who helped run a small Vermont college into the ground, leaving students without options while absconding with $200K in payouts.

Then the eventual nominees whittled down to a failed Secretary of State who doesn’t seem to have a problem repeatedly lying to families of the fallen about her irresponsible actions in regards to Benghazi and Donald J. Trump (need I say more).

Unfortunately I have to stand with Guccifer on this one. America, we needed a significant wake up call this cycle. Perhaps, just perhaps, the Russians have provided us with that very needed call.
