Davos Elites Get Zoomed By President Donald Trump

It’s Day 4 of Trump 2.0 and he is starting to find his groove. I kid. Trump is going to North Carolina and California today. While the World Economic Forum kicked off in Switzerland, Trump didn’t have time to go there too. Instead, he zoomed the Davos Elite virtually. The jet-setters could feel the power emanating off of Trump from 4200 miles away through the camera. It felt so good to watch.

If there is anything outside of Hollywood that encapsulates the out of touch wealthy elites, that would be the World Economic Forum (WEF) led by Klaus Schwab in Davos. Schwab is right up there with Persecutor Jack Smith as central casting Bond Villains. The WEF attracts the self-righteous elite hypocrites to Davos and it was probably best the Trump zoomed. He gave a speech and then answered questions. If you haven’t seen it, behold:

It’s not Schwab’s fault that he was born in Germany, but it does give him a handicap. After he was introduced, Trump began with the “Golden Age of America has begun and that America is back and open for business. From Barron’s:

President Trump told attendees at Davos that he’ll demand interest rates drop “immediately” and that he’ll ask Saudi Arabia and OPEC to cut the price of oil.

“If the price came down, the Russia-Ukraine war would end immediately,” Trump said during a virtual appearance at the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland. “You got to end that war.” Trump spoke with Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman yesterday, according to the White House.

On interest rates, Trump said he’ll demand interest rates drop, and said “likewise they’ll drop all around the world. They should follow us.” The Federal Reserve in 2023 raised rates to their highest level in more than two decades to fight inflation. Despite slashing them by a full percentage point last year, rates remain historically high.

The president also said the U.S. will be the world capital of artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency, promised tariffs on imports made outside of the country, and called on NATO nations to increase military spending.

The president, who took office on Monday, took questions from a panel of business leaders, including Blackstone Group chairman, CEO, and co-founder Stephen Schwarzman; Bank of America chair and CEO Brian Moynihan; Banco Santander executive chair Ana Botín; and TotalEnergies board chairman and CEO Patrick Pouyanné.

I know that we cannot close our eyes and ears to Artificial Intelligence, but that whole Stargazer Initiative for AI makes me a little nervous. Transhumanism and Meta Human just sounds like something Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley would write. Trump jumped ugly on Brian Moynihan for debanking Conservatives:

President Donald Trump confronted Bank of America boss Brian Moynihan in front of the entire world Thursday for not providing banking services to conservatives.

“I hope you start opening your bank to conservatives, because many conservatives complain that the banks are not allowing them to do business within the bank, and that included a place called Bank of America. … what you’re doing is wrong,” Trump said during a question and answer session with corporate leaders and CEOs, who were assembled on stage at the annual World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

Trump, who spoke by satellite to address the forum, suggested his predecessor – former President Joe Biden – was behind the effort.

“And I don’t know if the regulators mandated that because of Biden or what,” Trump continued, “But you and [JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon] and everybody – I hope you’re going to open your banks to conservatives, because what you’re doing is wrong.”

Moynihan didn’t address Trump’s remarks in his own comments, but congratulated Trump on the U.S. playing host to the World Cup in 2026. The World Cup is a FIFA international soccer championship. Bank of America is sponsoring the tournament.

Tee hee hee. We have heard stories for years about Conservatives being debanked. Now the banks are on notice to be careful.

Good one, Moynihan. Change the subject. Many on the Right have watched this anecdotal information for years also:

We have a lot of cleaning up to do. Trump laid down his markers and put everyone on notice. Can you imagine how jealous the European Union leaders are. Tee hee hee again. Good times.

There are no European Leaders. Only unelected flatulence producing blowhards who want to be powerful and remake the world in their own sleezy images. The citizens of Europe be damned!!
