A mother who insists her son is a girl and plans to transition the child against the father’s objections was given custody by a Dallas jury yesterday. In other words, the court said child abuse is ok.
“On Monday, a jury ruled against a Texas father, Jeffrey Younger, attempting to stop his seven-year-old son from a gender transition being facilitated by Dr. Anne Georgulas, the boy’s mother and Younger’s ex-wife.
“With a consensus of 11 of the 12 jurors, the jury decided not to grant Mr. Younger Sole Managing Conservatorship over his two twin boys,” LifeSiteNews reported Monday. “They voted that the current Joint Managing Conservatorship should be replaced by a Sole Managing Conservatorship, but that Mr. Younger should not be that person.””
What does that mean for James Younger, the seven year old boy at the heart of this case? It means that his mother is now free to choose to inflict chemical castration upon him next year and start puberty blockers at the age of eleven.
This is child abuse at its very worst.
A little boy acts out the female character from Frozen when he is three. And so, mom, a pediatrician, decides this little boy is really a girl. She cherry picks a therapist who will agree with her assessment and now, this court ruling is the result. The court is also engaging in child abuse by this ruling.
Kids have vivid imaginations. It is a part of what makes them tick. Their imagination is part of helping them grow and learn the world around them. Just because a child’s imagination has a boy or girl acting out play as a member of the opposite sex does NOT mean that child should be declared transgender.
“Rebekka Ouer, James’ therapist and the founder of Dallas Rainbow Counseling, also diagnosed James with gender dysphoria and argued for the “affirmation” approach.
She claimed that during therapy sessions with James, she would write the names “James” and “Luna” on sticky notes and let him pick what he wanted to be each time he met with her. Ouer said that he chose “Luna” for every session except once when Younger brought him to it.”
In other words, the so-called therapist came into the sessions with an agenda that doesn’t include the well-being of the child.
““The diagnosis is critical, because labeling a child with gender dysphoria can trigger a series of physical and mental consequences for the child and has legal ramifications in the ongoing custody case. Get it wrong,” Heyer writes at The Federalist, the boy’s “life is irrevocably harmed.””
The adults need to have a care that they don’t destroy this child’s life, but they will unless the James’ mother gets a clue and puts her child first. She won’t.
Will James end up with regrets? He could. Many others who were diagnosed and started transitioning as children DO have regrets.
What shocked me about the 60 minutes piece is that the MOTHER went against Australian law and started giving her son her OWN estrogen medications.
But now Patrick has regrets. That boy was eleven years old! He’s now fourteen and completely and utterly mixed up! He faces a risky surgery in South Korea because that’s the ONLY place in the world that will remove breasts from a fourteen year old!
James Younger is eight years old. As the case shows, his supposed gender dysphoria diagnosis isn’t clear cut due to the fact that he appeases his mother when with her and is all boy when with his dad.
If she decides to go with puberty blockers, she’d better watch out.
“A report emerged on Thursday indicating that the puberty-blocking drug Leuprolide Acetate (Lupron) has resulted in tens of thousands of serious “adverse reactions” in patients, including more than six thousand deaths. That’s bad enough, but it’s even more significant when you consider that this is one of the drugs being administered by doctors to so-called “transgender children” to unnaturally prevent their normal sexual development. And the testing done on the drug by the FDA for such applications appears to be thin at best.”
As noted here, James does not fit the gender dysphoria profile. Yet that didn’t stop a jury from giving sole custody to the boy’s lunatic mother!

James’ therapist argued in court that “gender is in the brain.” No, it is not. James was born a biological male and no matter the cocktail of drugs and damaging therapies they throw at him, James will ALWAYS be a biological boy.
James is a twin. James is being abused by his mother’s choice. His twin brother Jude will suffer from their mother’s madness as well.
This is a Pandora’s box of evil. And now we have a court of law sanctioning this horrific kind of child abuse.
My heart breaks for James Younger and his brother Jude. Those little boys will be forever scarred by the choices their mother made for them out of her twisted ideology.

Case in point: a “certified” pediatrician wants to take “her own child” and “force” a young boy to become a girl……..WTF have we become as a society?
I won’t say what we should do with the lawyers, and the social services agencies should be removed entirely.

So, what’s next? Physical castration, to produce men with boy’s voices?
These 11 citizens should be ordered to therapy – they have demonstrated that they are NUTS!
