Oh sure, he’s claiming he wants people to utilize the whistleblower laws, but what Chuck Schumer really wants is tattletales. Specifically he wants to weaponize the whistleblower laws and turn government employees into tattletales to stop Elon Musk, DOGE, and ultimately President Trump.
U.S. Senate Democrats grappling with President Donald Trump’s sweeping actions targeting federal agencies on Monday launched an online portal for whistleblowers.
They wrote a public letter to civil service employees and other public servants informing them of the portal for reporting wrongdoing, abuses of power and threats to public safety.
The portal asks for name, organization, email and nature of complaint, including retaliation, wasteful spending, fraud and criminal activity.
“Whistleblowers are essential in helping uncover fraud and abuse in the federal government. If you have information you want to share about wrongdoing, abuse of power, and threats to public safety, we stand ready to support you in your pursuit of truth and justice,” read the letter from Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer and Gary Peters, the top Democrat on the Senate Homeland Security Committee.
I can just picture it now. “He fired me!!!! I’m essential and he’s not allowed to do that! WAAAAHHHHH!!!” Or, “DOGE just uncovered that we went ahead and sent FEMA money to fund illegals in hotels, instead of helping those rubes in North Carolina, and yanked that money back. They can’t do that!”
Well, yes they can, and that particular bit of FEMA fraud was just uncovered late yesterday.
The @DOGE team just discovered that FEMA sent $59M LAST WEEK to luxury hotels in New York City to house illegal migrants.

Sending this money violated the law and is in gross insubordination to the President’s executive order.
That money is meant for American disaster relief…
You see, that’s who Chuck wants. He wants those who don’t want to comply with their boss, Donald Trump. He wants YOU to be a whistleblower tattletale against every move that President Trump makes across the federal government.
Monday’s announcement of the new portal is the latest escalation of Democratic tactics in pushing back against the Trump administration’s efforts to freeze spending and cut federal programs.
In other words, they love their slush funds and don’t want to see all that disappear. This is coming from people who firmly believe that any and all federal employees can’t be fired. Well, unless you are cross-dressing Sam Brinton who landed himself in legal hot water due to luggage theft. But he’s the exception to the Democrat rules.
Chuck Schumer wants tattletales to unite behind the Democrats and against Trump. They make this announcement just as FEMA employees arbitrarily made a fiscal decision against the President’s orders. The optics are stellar aren’t they?
DOGE is in place to identify wasteful spending and figure out ways to make the government run more efficiently and leaner. As in, why are our taxpayer dollars going to leases of buildings that aren’t being used? Don’t the Democrats want to cut down on fraud?
When it comes to government, it seems not. Two cases in point: USAID and the United States Treasury. Democrats have already worked to game the system regarding DOGE’s access to the Treasury with that clearly unlawful TRO over the weekend. I’m sure they don’t like finding out that $50 billion or more in fraud within the Treasury was identified over the weekend.
The magnitude of the fraud in government payments (your tax dollars being spent) is MUCH higher than you think! https://t.co/umnT8Zm4Mb

With Chuck issuing a call for tattletales, what he’s really doing is engaging in a frantic effort to protect the status quo. They have been completely fine with fraud, waste, and abuse across our government agencies. They think it’s fine that Samantha Power as head of USAID saw her net worth more than quadruple in the last three years. They think we are completely fine with funding transgender comic books, Sesame Street in Iraq, paying the media, supporting terrorists and opium growers, and more. They think we don’t care that Social Security, Medicaid, and Medicare payments are going to people who don’t qualify, but we do. And we certainly don’t want our tax dollars going to an Anthony Fauci museum exhibit!
In the past 48 hours, HHS canceled 62 contract worth $182 million. These contracts were entirely for administrative expenses – none touched any healthcare programs. This included terminating a $168,000 contract for an Anthony Fauci exhibit at the NIH Museum. pic.twitter.com/EsZxflPS6w

You see, we do care that our tax dollars are to be used wisely even though the Democrats think we don’t. Which is why polls are coming out showing MASSIVE support for DOGE.
Turns out, fighting corruption is widely supported—just not by the politicians who profit from it.@SenateGOP, consider this your warning. https://t.co/KJ3kMvZudN

+11??!! That’s significant! However, we should keep in mind that the Democrats loved the whistleblower tattletales who went after Trump, but protected the likes of Hunter Biden. This is the same thing. And, once again, they are failing to read all the rooms.
So let me get this straight: You’re actively targeting the people who are targeting the public corruption and your sending out a dog whistle to those committing the corruption under the pretense of caring about the corruption that you’ve turned a blind eye to for decades.

That’s exactly what Chuck is doing. He wants tattletales who, like him, are invested in keeping the status quo of government waste in place. They don’t want to curb corruption, crime, or mismanagement within our government. And they wonder why they lost in November.

Chuck Schumer is a bag of shit!… Nothing follows….
As for an exhibit for that traitorous troll Fauci, I suggest a solitary rat… I can’t think of anything more appropriate, and it would be very inexpensive..
Come on Jeff Carlson!!!
“…public corruption and your sending out a dog whistle…”
YOU’RE, i.e. You Are!!!
Please don’t shred our beautiful language!!!
Schumer really is a useless low life.
