Bud Light Now Woke-Free According To Donald Trump

Bud Light is now a woke-free company, according to Donald Trump. I mean, sure, they got rid of the dingbat, Alissa Heinerscheid, who hired a trans activist to slobber all over the beer brand from a bathtub and made everyone mad in the first place.

But we all know it isn’t about ethics, science, or principle. It’s all about the benjamins. The only reason Donald Trump wants us all to forgive Bud Light is because of lobbyists and fundraisers. And once The Don speaks, his followers listen.

Look, I like Donald Trump. I’m going to vote for him. Period. But let’s not pretend that he is making remarks on the Bud Light boycott to forgive and forget in the name of unity and the Christian thing to do.

Trump added that it was time to move on from outrage over the ads, which he called “a mistake of epic proportions.”

The former president noted that Anheuser-Busch “spends $700 million a year with our great farmers” and employs 65,000 Americans.

Megyn Kelly still hasn’t forgiven Bud Light because she says until they come out and apologize for putting a man pretending to be a woman as the face of their brand, it means they are still in bed with the trans-idiocracy.

Bud Light is still afraid to have that mob come after them. I say let them; what are they going to do now? I don’t think the trans group can put a dent in their profits at all anymore. So I am still with Megyn in wanting them to come out and say that men pretending to be women is bullshit. It still is a principle of the matter thing for me, even though I don’t drink.

But Trump Says

However, Donald Trump put out on his Truth social account that Bud Light has been punished enough and is no longer a woke company. What is his real angle on this reversal? It’s the money, of course.

Jeff Miller, the lobbyist who is known to be close to former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), announced on the X social media platform that he would be hosting the fundraiser, which is charging attendees $10,000 a head.

Dozens of GOP lawmakers are scheduled to attend — as is the former president’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr.

Don Jr. has defended Anheuser-Busch in the past. In a podcast last year, he noted that the company donated more to Republicans than to Democrats.

I mean, what is one to do, right? Grab the money and forgive? Trump probably needs all the cash he can get right about now, thanks to E. Jean Carroll and her cronies.

So it’s money over principle, as it always is concerning politics.

At least we have Super Bowl LVIII coming up, and it is rumored that the notorious and epic commercials usually aired during this event will be woke-free. We shall see. I have already seen one commercial regarding Bud Light.

The commercial is titled Easy Night Out/Easy to Drink/Easy to Enjoy. So, I guess all is forgiven. I mean, really, doesn’t a skinny Post Malone make everything alright again?

I don’t care what Trump says/thinks….I will never buy Budweiser again, light or not! I will forever consider Bud to be “Freak Beer”

  • Mad Celt says:

Trump is a politician. Rule 1: never believe a politician. They speak from convenience and only have morals as a facade.

I have been boycotting Budweiser since 1971 when shortly after becoming legal I discovered real beer. Thanks to Bernie Gunther Paulaner is my current beer of choice.

It isn’t just because of Jeff Miller. Trump owns a big block of InBev stock.

A-B did not make Mulvaney the face of Bud Lite. It was a niche marketing ploy. Social media made Dylan the face of Bud Lite when it went viral. The lesson for marketeers is that when you use social media for niche marketing you will lose control of the message

Anheuser Busch could have stopped this at any time. But they had to hire a hairy-legged man hater who despised the product and held the customers in contempt.

Trump can argue how they are actually a conservative company but incidents like that point to rot that needs to be excised. And as John pointed out up above, there are better beers out there.

Agree with all of you above, but I do have to say, they Bud (not light) commercial with the Clydesdales was a nice return to better commercials.
