We, here at Victory Girls, are big fans of decorum in all things. From time to time, though, a patriot’s got to do what a patriot’s got to do. Last night, Representative Brian Mast heckled Speaker Pelosi as she finished up her plea for the Socialist Spendapalooza known as H.R. 3684. The man doesn’t not suffer fools.

This last month has been hard on Nancy Pelosi. She was trying to get her $3.5 trillion dollar Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (H.R.3684) through Congress. The superstar vote counter brought it up for votes three times and failed. She drug Creepy Joe out of the basement twice and he failed to swing any votes. Last night, the smaller $1.75 trillion bill finally passed. Pelosi made a last minute plea to the House members urging them to vote Yes and it was painful to watch:

Women! Equity! Good paying Green Jobs! Women! For the Children! Equity! Security! Women! For the Children! Biblical Plagues! Wash, rinse, repeat times infinity. I don’t know how Mast made it as far as he did before he heckled San Fran Nan.

In case you have just landed on this “dying” planet, Republican Brian Mast is in his third term in Congress and he is a warrior in every sense of the word:

Prior to his election to Congress, Brian followed in his father’s footsteps by serving in the U.S. Army for more than 12 years, earning medals including The Bronze Star Medal, The Army Commendation Medal for Valor, The Purple Heart Medal, and The Defense Meritorious Service Medal. While deployed in Afghanistan, he worked as a bomb disposal expert under the elite Joint Special Operations Command. The last improvised explosive device that he found resulted in catastrophic injuries, which included the loss of both of his legs.

Nancy is vicious but she isn’t a warrior. How did Brian Mast heckle Nan? He yelled out that her performance in the above video was Emmy worthy. Here is how Mediaite reported the breach of decorum:

As the Speaker wrapped her comments and urged a yes vote, there were some boos from the Republican side of the aisle, and Congressman Brian Mast (R- FL) shouted “You’ll get an Emmy for that one!”

That was rather mild, in my humble opinion. Salud Carbajal, another one of those California Democrats, took offense to Mast’s outburst and another contretemps began:

During recess, GOP Rep. Brian Mast & Dem Rep. Salud Carbajal have a spat. Mast asks Carbajal to find him any constituent who wants to hire more IRS workers. Carbajal says "Your're an idiot" and walks away. Other Dems start saying "you're out of order" to Mast. Mast: "It's recess"

If this Socialist Spendapalooza was truly about infrastructure, it would have passed on a voice vote. It’s not about infrastructure. And, don’t tell me about human infrastructure. To paraphrase the late Charlton Heston, infrastructure is people.

There are times that call for decorum, but when you are fighting true evil and tree equity, decorum be damned. We need warriors like Brian Mast who do not suffer fools.
