I’m sure Iran is just quaking in their shoes right now after Biden essentially tells them, “don’t” you dare. That’s an epic piece of foreign policy strength right there.
For the last few days, news concerning a major attack on Israel from Iran has had nations on high alert.
We already know that Iran has attacked Israel before. Oh sure, it was Hamas who committed the atrocities on October 7. But we all know that Iran has been pulling Hamas strings for decades. Where do you think the money, arms, and training came from?
Also, it’s been proven that Iran is involved with the Houthis attacks on shipping across the Red Sea. But now, after a major Iranian general was eliminated on a strike at Iran’s embassy in Syria, Iran has ramped up the rhetoric against Israel; they’ve been moving forces and missiles into new positions. Which has led the U.S. and others to issue security alerts to personnel and move forces into positions of high-readiness.
The US is deploying extra military assets near Israel to protect it from a strike by Iran that could come as soon as this weekend.
Officials said they had implemented “force posture changes” and deployed “additional assets” to the region in light of threats by Tehran to strike Israeli territory in retaliation for an air strike on its consulate in Damascus last week.
On Friday, the Pentagon was said to have been expecting an attack in the next 48 hours, which raised the prospect of a direct conflict between Iran and Israel for the first time.
Iran is certainly making some highly concerning moves.

Yet, when asked about this, Biden’s response was “Don’t.”
U.S. President Biden during a Press Conference earlier today was asked how Imminent he thought an Attack on Israel was, for which he stated, “I don’t want to give away Secure Information, but my Expectation is sooner than later” with his Message to Iran being “Don’t.” pic.twitter.com/guBqfl63BT

Seriously, with a strong statement like that, Iran will fold up their tents and stand down, right? Gee, I wonder why Hezbollah suddenly launched a barrage of rockets into Israel yesterday?
Approx. 40 launches were identified crossing from Lebanese territory, some of which were intercepted.

And all Biden can say is “Don’t” you dare to Iran. Such strong foreign policy. Much wow.
Mike Pompeo is less than impressed.
“Well, he said don’t multiple times and don’t isn’t a national security policy,” Pompeo said. “It’s not even a deterrent.”

Pompeo said Biden and the United States’ response has already failed.
“The Iranians have already attacked Israel once on October 7 through their proxy Hamas. They’re continuing to fire on American interests in the region now over 100 times since October 7,” he said. “So, what we’re talking about in the next 24 to 48 hours is just a continuation of a failed policy to actually protect Israel.”
Pompeo noted that Iran has fired at Americans, the U.S. has had citizens die in the Red Sea amid attacks from Iran-backed Houthi rebels and have been held hostage by Hamas in Gaza.
“They haven’t left us out of this and you can’t leave the United States out when you’re attacking our friend and ally in Israel,” he said.
He’s absolutely correct. Yet, for the last six months, the United States has been pushing Israel to “be nice” to Hamas and the people living in Gaza, thus leading Israel to open up the Erez crossing. “Be nice” while Hamas continues to reject every cease-fire plan offered and massively inflates the numbers of dead that Israel has reportedly killed in Gaza.
The Hamas-run Gaza Ministry of Health said on April 6 that it had “incomplete data” for 11,371 of the 33,091 Palestinian fatalities it claims to have documented. In a statistical report, the ministry notes that it considers an individual record to be incomplete if it is missing any of the following key data points: identity number, full name, date of birth, or date of death. The health ministry also released a report on April 3 that acknowledged the presence of incomplete data but did not define what it meant by “incomplete.” In that earlier report, the ministry acknowledged the incompleteness of 12,263 records. It is unclear why, after just three more days, the number fell to 11,371 — a decrease of more than 900 records.
Yet, in the face of very real threats from Iran, all Biden can do is say “Don’t.” Israel’s response is quite a bit different.
“Iran will bear the consequences for choosing to escalate the situation any further.”

That’s a lot stronger than a meekly uttered “don’t” from Joe Biden. A LOT stronger. In fact, Senator John Fetterman is a stronger advocate for Israel than Joe Biden will ever be.
6 months ago, I put up posters of every hostage in my office. Hamas has refused to produce proof of life.

Hamas owns this entire grotesque calamity.
I stand with Israel and the posters will remain on my walls until every single person is brought home. https://t.co/3gxjnetJ8c
The man continues to surprise me.
That said, supposedly Iran is now trying to “calibrate” their response to Israel.
“Some ask why the Islamic Republic does not take revenge,” said Mojtaba Zonnour, a conservative cleric and head of the Iranian parliament’s national-security and foreign-policy committee, whose statements often reflect the views of the security establishment.
Any decision to take action against Israel “should be based on national interests and security, not public demands,” Zonnour said, addressing a conference in Tehran, according to the semiofficial ILNA news agency. He added that a response would come eventually. “Maybe sooner, maybe later, but it will happen,” he said.
Many will try to assert that that’s only happening because Biden told them “don’t” you dare. Excuse me while I take a minute to laugh hysterically.
It’s much more plausible to consider that the Iranian government realizes that using their terror proxies (Hamas, the Houthis, Hezbollah) is a better idea than conducting a direct attack.

Large missile and drone attack reported coming out of Iran.
How many of them built or purchased with Biden dollars?
All of them. Remember that Democrats don’t care about dead Jews so they consider this a good investment.
Everything that man says, bet on the reverse.
Everything that man touches, he makes worse.
And all Biden can say is “Don’t” you dare to Iran. Such strong foreign policy.
Well, it might actually be strong foreign policy, if the administration had ever done anything to actually project competent force. (I mean outside the country.) If he had strongly backed Israel, maybe. If he had shown some spine that would keep Putin from invading Ukraine. If he hadn’t produced the optics of people hanging off the airplanes flying our staff out of Kabul. Maybe, if he had shown some successful strength, “Don’t you dare” would be enough. But that isn’t the Biden Way. (Never underestimate Biden’s ability … well, you remember the rest.)
